P.S. - Yes, I do RACE ( not lately - nursing a fractured hip ) but MOSTLY I paddle to stay HEALTHY & Strong .. and it's really my GYM time .. but in Water ( Ocean ) - So I'm not afraid of HIGH TORQUE training ... 3 hours a week plus 2 - 40 min Strength Training a week is all the TIME I can afford - so I dont' care about DURATION - Just EFFECTIVENESS .. anything else .. a waste of time
