Очень чёткое, подробное, понятное объяснение. Без недостатков и излишеств. Элементы действительно красивые! Спасибо! And you English explanation and pronunciation is really good and also more understandable for Russians than from another trainers. I am gonna learn how can I describe my movements in English too💛

@Anastasia What I find amazing is that you are doing this in a slow motion and not using momentum to complete a maneuver. Your grace, strength, and flexibility really shine through. 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

Nice 😊 I’ve had it done, but needed deeper treatments. I’ve also tried robotic/radiofrequency microneedling and that was the bomb.

There is this unique type of pole that i have seen at a few clubs, but have not seen in any studios, competitions, or expos, which is a shame because i think it has a lot of potential. Have you ever heard of it? I am having a hard time finding anything about it online (google sucks). it is a very short, thin pole, maybe 5 to 6 ft tall, and maybe 30 or 35mm thin, I'm not sure if it's designed to support the full weight of a human body for long periods of time. It 'rocks' or 'whips' back and forth and around, like how a joystick on a video game controller moves. It doesn't spin: it 'rocks around' on it's base, which I'm guessing is one giant ball bearing? Anyway, the performers mostly used it to do groundwork/floorwork on and twerking. But they did make use of the 'rocking around' motion of the pole to get momentum to do some 'vault' type moves on it, like an Olympic pole vaulter, but on a much smaller scale of course lol, and with somersaults and fan-kicks incorporated. I even have seen a dancer jump and twist OVER the top of the pole, which would be impossible to do on a regular pole. There are many cool and unique pole varieties i've seen or heard about at clubs that you just don't see anywhere else, which is a shame because they would have a lot of potential for acrobatics. Maybe the clubs have them custom made? There's bouncing poles that bounce up and down like a pogo stick on hidden internal springs, motorized spinning poles, poles with a built-in seat, spinning poles with horizontal bars coming out of them for other acrobatics, spinning poles where the platform also spins so that you can do spinning moves even if your foot is on the ground, a 'ribbed' pole that looks like if a bunch of balls was glued together in a straight line, which makes it easy to grab and hold positions on, and a spiral pole that looks like one of those 'swirly poles' at kids playgrounds.

Usually people do these kinds of moves on static because they are very complex and require many steps to get into and are upside down. The fact that you can suppress your vertigo from the spinning enough to be able to pull this off is a testament to how skilled you are!

I have a question. In clubs, I have seen many crazy types of poles that I don't see in any studios and competitions, which I think is a shame. I've seen poles that bounce up and down on internal springs (like a pogo stick), spinning poles that are motorized, poles with a seat built onto them, or a seat on a small beam extending from the side of the pole. I've seen poles that are 'ribbed' to make them easier to climb, to explain, they go from being thicker (like 50mm) to thinner (like 35 mm) back to thick and back to thin over and over again the whole length of the pole, so the pole looks like a set of balls glued together in a line. I've seen poles that resemble those playground spirals that kids can spiral-slide down, and I've seen very short poles (5 feet tall maybe) that work like how a joystick on a video game controller does, where it rocks back and forth, and the dancer can use this rocking joystick motion to perform vaults and fan kicks, sometimes even OVER THE TOP of the pole, which would be impossible on any other type of pole. Have you seen any of these crazy types of poles? They might be custom-made just for these clubs though. Which is a shame, because they all have so much potential to do crazy things on!!
