Great question! In the office our goal is to get our patients to hold it for 1 minutes. And we shoot for 3-4 repetitions. 👍

Sounds like rotator cuff issues, especially the part about sleeping on that shoulder!

You're right. The biceps tendon goes into the labrum. If left untreated rotator cuff issues can arise.
