To honor your family's wishes, I'm leaving a comment. You remind me of some anime character I can't quite place...hmm. As I love anime and turkey, this is to be taken as a huge compliment! Thanks!😂

Amazing! Good food is everywhere.. but, great food is that which is served with emotions. Which is so satisfying even if its a piece of bread with butter!

Snow's was one of the coolest experience I had with Texas BBQ. With a massive line of camps at 5 AM, games they set up during the wait, and watching the pit masters smoke throughout before they open at 8 AM - and topping it off with generous free open bars for cocktail and beer, it was one of a kind. Would love to visit once more.

Is the no stuffing in the turkey’s cavity a must in how this has to be done? Or can one also get some stuffing out of this cooking style?

You shouldn't bake the stuffing in the turkey anyway. Either you bake until the stuffing is done and the bird is dry and over-done, or the bird is just right and the stuffing hasn't reached safe food temperatures (after absorbing raw turkey juice for hours). You can make stuffing that tastes just as good using the turkey drippings/gravy when baked in a sheet pan.

A softspoken genius, and maybe a little bit psychopathic. That's a joke, but many culinary artists are. Coming from a linecook with far less experience than any person featured here.

Historians believe the Peruvian ceviche is fusion food from Colonial Times. It makes sense due to ingredients : Pepper is from Peru Corn is from Peru Lime is from SE Asia Ginger is from SE Asia Coconut (milk) is from SE Asia Onion is from India Cilantro is from Mediteranean etc.
