Thanks but there is a problem with letter that has a "whole" inside such as D, O, P etc, how do I make that there is also a "whole" for the punched shape?
@sherryspencer77107 ай бұрын
after you fragment, you have 3 pieces. you have to select the 'hole' and delete it.

Nice video. Thanks. As an aside, am I the only one who doesn't know how to get the mini menu box to change the font? It's brilliant.

Tim, by any chance do you have any technique insight on converting custom shapes to become an image 'placeholder'? I have had limited success using the Merge/Intersect functions that work part of the time.

Okay, I love what you said at 3:27-4:17. "Learners only need the minimal amount of information necessary in order to perform a task....Evaluate whether or not that knowledge you are providing actually benefits better performance or not." I love that you advise us to remove content that doesn't benefit the behaviors when our goal is performance. I have a tendency to be TOO thorough. This is helpful for me.

Thank you. This just saved me so much time and a big headache as I acclimate to Storyline. My first inclination was to design in PPT first, but it was a heavily animated idea concept that would not have formatted property upon export.

Great tips. Thank you. Am currently vacillating between whether its worth to pre build in Powerpoint or Adobe XD or just work from sketches in Storyline. Still not sure what to go for... but there were some helpful tips in this excellent tutorial.

Instructional design seems to usually be used as synonymous with training....it's almost always assumed it's for a business and not for a college course.
