For some, the belly fat takes time to go. Stress, food and sleep are also important factors. Pls continue the practice.

It becomes ok and muscles get strengthened on continuous practice, the external skin might not get as tight as in before pregnancy for majority. That requires lot more of training. Priority should be to strengthen the muscles, for that food and sleep too is very important.

Surya Namaskara alone won't help in core strengthening. Pls continue Surya Namaskara and other strengthening practices too.
