16:10 we have a block paving with ridges in the bricks, was told by one company the previous person who put sand down should never have done that and should have used granite instead which they did not have. Since then have had weeds grow through. I was told that the driveway has drainage underneath and sand blocks it? dry kiln sand just falls straight through the gaps not like this drive. Can you work on that? Can you resolve the weed issue that they keep coming back up every few months. I have washed the drive several times in the past myself with a karcher and given up trying. Now full of weeds

Hello yes, that is correct. You have permeable paving blocks which are designed to allow water to soak through. The gaps should be filled with permeable paving grit rather than sand. There is no way of stopping the weeds permanently but a weed treatment can stop it for a few months.

No this was very hard stone. It is important to check first and adjust the pressure accordingly.

@@vigilanteRider no not all. Obviously do a test area but these ones were fine. Personally I wouldn't let it dry on the surface.

@@vigilanteRider i would try pressure cleaning first. It will only need soft washing if there are still black marks after pressure washing. I would only soft wash as a last resort.

If that hypo gets on to grass and you didn't realise. Would the grass eventually grow back after dying off.. Great vids by the way.. 🎉

Impressed at how well some of those dark black mould stains came out. I'm guessing your spray treatment contains hyperchlorite. Can i ask what strength you use?

Full strength 15%. The black marks remaining were burn marks from a wood burner.

How much bar and lpm you need too run this ?

I think they said the minimum was 200 bar. I use it at 250 bar which i think is much better. You would need a decent flow rate. At least 25 lpm to get full benefit.

Hi Marco yes i am using a turbo tip here. The pressure washer is 200 bar but i am using a pressure adjustor so the pressure is lower than that.

It was Sodium hypochlorite, not biocide so needs to be washed off.
