She was halted in her progress by her publishing company. Now, in 2023, she became an independent, released four videos of her own songs (Breakable, That Girl Don't Live Here, Call Me Back, and Monsters), plus an audio of her own Christmas song called "Christmas Rocks". She has said that her album is finished for 2024 but awaiting release and she can not wait to tour and give the performances we all longed for from the AGT days. She is on her way!!!!!!

She does not sound like Janis Joplin but is her own person. But she was influenced by James Brown and little Richard

This is first, not a Janis Joplin song she did a cover. Also, liliiac did the cover as the original was. It's not like Janice Joplin did.

I just caught your show. Here is an update: Daneliya (she dropped her last name) has released two songs she wrote, with a co-writer. First is called Tied, react to it first. Next is called Cynical. These titles reflect the story. I will be very interested to hear what your reaction to these will be. Great reaction to this mash-up, and thank you.

Making money off of Angelina’s music? Is the even ethical? Or even legal? Just wondering.

Great reaction J, did you notice that she was reading the lyrics...I don't think I could read at all at 6. Just saying...

This always blows my mind. She not only sings this, she emotes this. How she shakes her head in the first few verses showing how she grasped the meaning of the song. Her breath control at 6 is stunning. Her full throated blasts are sustained and beautiful. She is the GOAT.

This song, 'Pretty Little Thing' is, I suspect, still tied to her prior contract. I know, and agree, that we're all here for the music, but a bit of backstory is necessary to make any freakin' sense of lots of things about what HASN'T happened for this young rockstar. First, Simon co-signed her to his SYCO Music and Arista in December 2018. In January 2019 this show occurred, with Courtney being invited back to perform on Champions. She was SHOW-READY because she was kicking her music career into high gear and Simon signed her up as youngest performer on the BIG stage for the Woodstock 50 anniversary festival planned for the 50th anniversary weekend of original Woodstock later in 2019. BUT Woodstock '99 was SUCH a disaster that the organizers of '50 were fighting an uphill battle. Venue changes, mismanagement, finances, lots of rumors and reports, but by late July, iirc, the word went out, Woodstock 50 was cancelled. Then, Simon decided to get out of the failing music biz (smart dinosaur fleeing the devastation of the 'asteroid' hit, the digital revolution that started really taking off with WWW and napster just after the turn of the century). Apparently Simon rode it down until he decided it was time to abandon ship and move on the greener pastures in, <wtf?> REALITY TV?!?! <ugh!>. Whatever.... SYCO Music then proceeded, as pandemic unfurled, to ghost their remaining artists and then dissolved with no announcement and no warning apparently, from reports I've read/heard about artists discovering the situation from network business news. Quite the surprise, apparently. Things got COMPLICATED, between pandemic restrictions, trying to remote work with Arista in USA from her home in UK, and apparently some other rough patches, judging from her original music created or finished during this period which she shared 'snippets' of on TikTok and KZbin 'Shorts' tab on her channel, including contractual disputes, her NEED to get her original music out to her huge viral fan base, and apparently both some relationship issues (personal/professional/both?) and someone body-shaming her as she grew up into the young woman her parents' genetics determined in large part (apparently, if I got the rumor right, somebody female wanted her to be another Twiggy and model?? idk). Fans got frustrated as she passed on to them what SHE was being told: "Soon!" By the time pandemic turned into our 'new normal', the tens of millions of fans were gone, the Billions of views disappeared, as did the original AGT recordings of her performances, and a 'faithful few' core of tens of thousands kept watch, appreciating and replaying her performances and YT 'Reactions' vids about her performances...and here we are, trying to get back her audience and get her career GOING. Her contract ended in December 2022 and she refused to sign on with same team again, deciding to DO IT HER WAY. This is one HARD-WORKING young lady. Thus, we have four original singles released in 2023, each a few months apart, and music videos for each, usually a month after initial release to streaming services and YT audio/visualizer vid, like this one for her latest original, Monsters: kzbin.info/www/bejne/fXW5lGupqLWYnZY Sorry to run on so long, but it's truly amazing what this young lady appears to have gone through as she grew from a shy 14 year old into today's badass (but still private and a tad shy when she can be herself, as seen when she does interviews) young rockstar with a LOVELY voice, gorgeous falsetto, and of course the transplanted soul copy of 60-year-old Tina Turner melded with James Brown, Janice Joplin, Etta James, Mick Jagger (who learned from the same teachers, she just studied via KZbin, whereas he was there back then). and the Beatles. OLD SCHOOL!

Notice when she went down in front of the judges, shw high five's everyone but Howie who got a fist bump/ Sony was sitting on Courtney's talents limiting her to covers not original music.. Right niw she's an independent and uses gofundme to get fan donations to record her music.

I am 67 yrs old, been a serious rock and roll chick since I was 13. Nine, if you count The Beatles. And I love the lead guitar. I have had many fave lead guitar players throughout the years; Gilmour, Vai, Trower, and on and on. But now and the far future as I can see it, is Sam.. I call him The Legend because I truly believe he is headed in the direction, Melodia has my heart with her singing cuz when I sang in bars around town, I had a very raspy voice from smoking. I glad Melodia has her's naturally. Abby is such a slammer on the drums, she is exciting and fun to watch. Ethan kills me with his plucking and feathering that bass. And Justin (Little Man; a nick given him by one reactor and I picked it up ha) will come into his own. See them LIVE. They will blow your mind; from the opening song: "Not Afraid" blasting their way through over an hour that makes you leave the venue without any voice or hearing, but with a huge smile on your face. The way a pro rock concert would do. I can't wait til do large venues and stadiums.
