I became interested in this colorful Chief and his family 36 years ago when living in Vernon Texas. The town of Quana Texas is short distance southwest of Vernon. I visited the area where Quana and his tribe held off Texans up on high mountain. I gained so much information and real history about the people. Cinthia Anne Parker , story is most amazing Life.
