Guys just listen, the best technique to get your poop out is by sitting like Indian toilet in your western toilet, And do massage in to and from motion near your butt If you want to see how to sit like in Indian toilet just search it in KZbin and before doing this drink plenty of water

If you dont have a stool take two toilet paper rolls and set them under your feet for stability. It works
