Ultimate vocal remover can absolutely annihilate this $1,000 piece of garbage with ease… and it’s free. In terms of restoration. Also just absolute trash. Izotope is just a bunch of overpriced nonsense. Ozone is okay. Other than that extremely overpriced and overrated

Hello Eddie! I have a MacBook Pro M1 , using Logic Pro X, have had Omnisphere 2.6 on my computer for about a year now. I go to start a project and want to use omnisphere on a track but it is no longer in the AudioUnit drop down but it is in the Plug in manager and validated. I just can’t seem to insert a sound like it used to do. I have no idea what would have caused this problem to happen. If you have any suggestions please advise. Thanks

Really? SSL is fine on Logic Pro for me and use it professionally. But not everything works for everyone, so use what works for you. But I don’t really see those as big issues. Limitations of the systems, not really SSL’s fault. I agree to ditch stuff you don’t use, good advice! I’m glad it’s working for me. UC1 UF8 and UF1. Oh and you’re not the only one to have issues in Logic, I have issues. It’s even worse in Atmos. I have a maxed M1 and Logic is a train reck. I had issues before I got the SSLs.

I was working on a project, and I opened the eq but I also closed out the project with the eq still open, now whenever I click on the project, it only opens the eq, I can't see the project but I can still press the space bar and hear the song start to play, please help

For me the Kontakt Plugin is taking time to load almost 10 to 12 seconds when added into the instruments section in logic pro X. Don't know why!!!

Great Video.. But i have another problem. When i press the sustain pedal, the note never releases, its forever sustaining unless i release it and the note cuts abruptly when i release. The Pianos work fine, but the strings are horrible. If i keep the sustain pressed, the newer notes are playing on top of the earlier notes. Please help if you can. Thanks 🙂

Thank you - exactly what I wanted. A realistic opinion / perspective from someone who actually works with it. I have enjoyed playing with one, but finally I felt like I was not gaining much. Logic is great as it is, and especially with a few choice plugins. The UC1 is a superb piece of equipment, no question; absolutely flawless in operation, and the bus compressor - easy to see why people love it! For now though Im staying with a standard DAW. Keeping the buss compressor!

Logic´s "new" Chord Track is a joke compared with Cubase Chord track. So sad.. Session Bass Player sounds not bad, has nothing to do with a real bass player style. I´ve tried this stuff. Don´t like it.

Hi, Could you try TDR Arbiter? It's like a dynamic EQ but with a floating threshold, meaning it's independent, like wavesfactory equalizer.

So i just found this effect, did not know kemper had it.. sound so amazing on my studiomonitors. I am wondering, for live use.. should i just keep it on all the time? Rythm vs solos, is there some things to consider? Also if there are 2 guitar players, should i play in mono but go double if am playing a solo? Or the oppositez if the other player is solo, should i double to get the rythm on both sides? And how will the panning from mixer to FOH affect this effect? If audio guy pans me on one side, will this effect do nothing?😂😅 so many questions!

If Apple's end game for Logic Pro is to turn it into the next evolution of ACID Pro, where you just drop loop in and then have Session Players play instruments based on the chord progressions, then they really need to reevaluate something. They need to at least prioritize better Hybrid CPU optimization so Cubase and REAPER aren't embarrassing them on their own hardware, and fix the ARA2 Apple Silicon Compatibility issue that really should have been addressed by now. It's been 3+ years.

Downloaded antares but couldnt see the plug in. Tried all the procedures checking the folder etc. from the plug in manager it says its succesfully validated and its checked but still cant see the plug in the au section

I think the SSL units look amazing! However, the reason I came across your video is because I have wasted endless hours just trying to get the UF1 to work properly in Studio One and Reaper. For nearly £600 GBP, I expected it to do aimple functions like "track follow" just like a cheap PreSonus Faderport could do without issues! Bye bye SSL 👋🏼

Again, insane what AI can do. One of the problems, though, is that you'll have many, many recordings with the exact same voice. And what makes a voice interesting and unique are its idiosyncrasies. Also, the idea of treating vocals in midi seems so ridiculous. Singing is like showing your soul, your vulnerabilities. You can't quantize that, can you?

So what happens if all of my plug ins are verified and it still won't allow my plug ins to apply to the vocals after recording ?

It's pretty impressive, I must say. I don't believe, though, that AI can ever sound as pleasing to the listener's ears as a good live recording. Obviously, our brains are not stupid and even if we can't pinpoint the exact difference between natural and AI I'm sure we can feel it. I think AI can be a wonderful tool. But nothing sounds like the real thing, just as no plugin sounds quite like the original instrument. Still, I'm very impressed by your little demonstration. Thanks :)

None of this worked, I lost days of work, working well into the next morning/day. When you work on a software that is supposed to deliver results, you do not want to deal with the prospect of having all your files compromised, and then being told that you need to go on a wild goose chase to retrieve them. There is no curse word in the book that could describe how upset I am. I worked really hard on a project that was really well engineered, and everything I worked for is gone. Here's the thing. Logic did save my audio in a separate folder, but the genius of my song was that it each note was strategically placed to create a nice sound. With the option of lost files, logic is essentially suggesting that I redo all that hard work again which is an insult. I hate logic, 200+ dollars and precious time flushed down sewage.

Indeed that are great plugins. I use them both and M-compressor is my favorite compressor on the masterbus. A tip, balance your voice and music in the video, the difference is too big.

is there a way to downtune? such as a whole step down? like D standard? not drop d tuning

I get your enthusiasm , but I know the joy of making music is still, personal NOT automated , I guess it may be instructional for some, but BORING ! BORING ! BORING ! there is no human feeling. the joy of making music is in the expression , not the prefab pattern its sounding like polished "Elevator Music" UKK!! I guess if you can learn from it OK . I don’t think a single one of these issues is actually an issue. Not like you didn’t know the size of your desk or how to use a tape measure. You can’t read your activity monitor - otherwise you’d be whinging about 33.6% Evernote that doesn’t seem to be an issue for you. You know your own workflow and if given a rats arse would have researched the compatibility of this system with your workflow. You’re obv research and tech inept and will likely have issues with anything. Also what a first world issue that ‘oH No I dOnT hAVe EnOUgH rOom FoR tWO £1k cONtROlLeRS oN My dEsK’ buy a bigger desk then 🤷‍♂️ you’ve obv got the cash 😅
