That type of sausage is good with cooked red beans and rice seasoned with Cajun seasonings. It’s good added to Gumbo and served over white rice. It’s good paired with crumbled cooked breakfast sausage and scrambled eggs. We love it in crab boils at the beach. There’s so many ways to cook it, it’s so versatile. That’s such a cute spoon rest, nice gift! The tiny white whisk is for coffee. Stir in your sugar with the spoon end and whisk your cream frothy on the other end. 🫶🏻

Oh yes I've made that before too back when I done keto, Caleb wasn't crazy about it but I really couldn't tell that much of a difference lol

Kiddos look so cute!! Meal looks good...when my husband was living and our kids at home I would make kielbasa with Mac and cheese on the side so prob same taste pretty much...we loved it!

Those kiddies look adorable in their cheffies, and so professional!!! I do believe that white thingy is a coffee frother/stirrer but you can use it for anything you like. Love the bead board in your pantry, that’s gonna look great when it’s done! Dinner looked yummy, I’m with you Chelsea, sausage and kielbasa are all interchangeable in recipes. This was fun, especially when you pulled out old faithful bent skillet lol, but it came in handy! God bless you all with a safe and healthy week ahead! ❤

I usually get smoked sausage vs kielbasa, but either way *roasting* it is amazing 🤤 absolutely one of my favorite dishes. Sheet pan style, I get the veggies going first (fresh or frozen) and add the meat slices after they’ve cooked some, especially if it’s carrots and potatoes. I mean it couldn’t be simpler but it’s making me hungry even typing about it 😅

This is good with fried cabbage. I just brown the sausage. Then I fry the cabbage in some butter. Then combine them and let them cook together for about 10 minutes😛

I usually bake my fresh fish, 25 minutes on 350° and it's always done. My favorite to cook is cod or salmon. We don't usually buy breaded fish, but about once a year I'll buy some fish sticks . Takes me back to my childhood 😂

Hey Chelsea...Ive seen this dish made before but havent fixed it yet...it looks easy to fix...I have a question & am asking very politely...in one of the videos you used jar garlic...which i use too...& I thought I saw you put it up in the cabinet above the stove...did you by accident? And im sure you know this but it needs to go in the fridge..but Im not trying to tell you what to do...ha! And thank you Caleb for saying what that musical noise was during the video.. Chelsea, I slice Keilbasa, potatoes and fry with onions and bell pepper then smother with cheese on top after its done. Also another meal I like: saute the keibasa sliced, some onions and bell peppers til brown then I add it to the bagged yellow rice that takes about 25 minutes to cook and let it simmer together. Its really good!

I’ve heard if you put your lids on the glass top stove, ring side down, it will suction to the stovetop and possibly break the glass top of the stove when you pick it up. Just a fyi. Love your show.
