I stopped working out before I found out I was pregnant. Now in my 3rd trimester with twins and wish I would’ve kept working out. I’ve been using my fitness ball a lot.

I'm also leaving a 6 day split in 2024. I dropped to 4 days a few months ago and its been great. I actually can go harder and lift heavier with the extra recovery time.

Less, but with more intent has always been better than going full force 100% of the time. I noticed I can be more consistent and stick to my routine better when it’s more reasonable with my lifestyle and schedule.

Think as fitness as a lifetime journey. You're going to need to ebb and flow and don't be afraid to change directions or even take a break if you need it

See I’m 5’ 2” and I have a body type that does bulk. And I don’t want a big ass tbh because it only looks good in gym gear for me so I don’t lift heavy. I’m not into Pilates either as it gives me a boxy waist. Lighter weights more reps gives me the shape I like. ❤ great video. X

I never been complicated on my voice so I appreciate that! I ran track and cross country in HS. I also am a pro competitive powerlifter and have been competing for almost 6 years. All of my results came from powerlifting (lifting heavy weights) and a mixture of hypertrophy training along with a good diet. Thanks for supporting the channel ❤️

My biggest accomplishment for my health was taking back my peace and positive self talk. I have also added in cardio and Pilates to my weekly workout plan.
