For core, I find it is easier to incorporate goblet squat or landmine, farmers walk or carries at the end of a workout. It feels like less work. Abs or core is one of those things I easily miss so doing this helped me a lot. Then I just have session a week where it is just abs/core.

I find it easier for me to do core during my lifting supersets. If it’s not done at that point then i get tempted to skip out on them 😂 thankfully my Hot Pilates class is filledddd with core movements

Thank you so much for this. I never knew how to build an actual routine so I just did trial and error error to figure out what workouts worked for me and rotated between them in the gym. It worked but I knew there was a better way of working out with a purpose to not only achieving the body I am trying to build but also to achieving the goals in my fitness journey I have set for myself. This was such a huge help to me. P.S. where did you get those leggings in the clips shown? 😂

@@NatrualCoils Trial and error is all apart of the process! It definitely took me some time to figure out what my body likes/doesn’t like but after you figure it out fitness is such a breeze 😇 thanks for watching and leggings are from shein.

@@antoinettemariafit thank you for the encouragement 😊 it definitely is tough and can get discouraging sometimes but this time around(just had my second child 6mnths ago) I’m determined to be more disciplined. I struggle with the nutrition part a lot. What kind of workouts do recommend for someone with a bad knee if they can’t do weighted squats as a compound movement?

Of course! Try doing box squats instead, using a taller box in length to shorten the ROM. You could also try wearing a knee brace, tight ace wraps or knee sleeves to prevent any potential injury.

Thank you for this video. I’ve been trying to ride the peloton after leg day and my legs feel so overworked sometimes. Would you rest from riding the bike after leg day as well? I try to do something everyday but if I do a leg day I feel like the peloton is so much harder because of it.

Yes I would say to take a few day break between mod-intense cardio & your leg days. Maybe try a low-intensity option.
