What colour do you use for the shadow, please?

It actually kinda looks like there's a cool shadow on the right side.

The blue and analgous are the best imo

i like the blue one,,

i get soft edges cuz im impatient

the blue and green looked the best

1 is good for realism and 2 is good for cartoonism

on paper looks more like a real cactus but its not healthy, and has yellowing while on pallet looks liek a perfect healthy plant (add slightly darker lines or shades to better mimic this with plants) so if in the scene plants are neglected a bit top may be more acurate but if someone cares for them correctly in the scen bottom may be more acurate

The top one has a nice texture but the other on just happens to have my favourite color.

i feel like both are good even though theyre different. Like how different art styles are good. I feel like they both would fit in different types of art

The one in bottom is more of a simple design so naughty much fancy stuff the one ontop has a bit of shading with those yellows and blue

I do the method of not mixing enough of any color so each part is a little different

As a amateur botanist the upper one looks like a dying plant
