Loved seeing this! Your video brought me back many moons ago (like 30ish years ago) when I did a trails experience day with the lads of the local motorbike club. Body positioning is everything on a trials bike and those skilled enough managed to pull off gravity defying maneuvers. Impressive stuff and the beauty is in the slowness of it all, unlike for example trackday riding. Like you said, it's great that there is always something to learn regardless of age. Thanks again Brian. 🙂

Thanks again for taking the time to view and comment! I hope to maybe get the chance to go again and improve my balancing skills and many others necessary to do a half decent job but I won't be climbing huge rocks! 😆

Hello. Your life story is inspiring and at the same time very instructive. Personally, I take these lessons from it: Never give up! Have hope! But above all, don't wait for a warning like yours and enjoy life as soon as you can. Don't wait that someday, later, now work and then....? None of us knows what will happen then, none of us knows what will happen in the next second. There is no point in postponing our pleasure for the future, because we may not even get to see that pleasure. Of course, this is not to say that we should live frivolously. I wish you well, may your health return!

Beautiful video, thank you Brian and Louis. Nothing to say that hasn't already been said. As for the discomfort and realising everyone takes everything for granted, this is something - albeit on a much smaller scale - I experienced when I broke my femur in a bike spill, so enormous respect for your perseverance. Truly inspirational.

I will assume the Rocket is great for touring, but more importantly comfortable to ride i.e. riding position, seat fell, riding fatigue etc. Could you describe those a bit. I’m interested in getting one for longer trips with my wife.
@BriKinsella
@BriKinsella 11 күн бұрын
Hi Alex, I'm not sure how good it would be for a pillion, maybe, but I can only give a rider's perspective. For me it's the most comfortable bike I've ridden but then have never ridden a Goldwing! 😆 It's the first cruiser I've had and the feet forward position I find very comfortable. I had a Harley Davidson Breakout but that is quite radical and doesn't compare at all to this. I found the BMW GS's comfortable but yet again the Rocket is more so. I did 25,000 miles on it and then changed it for the new Storm edition so that must say something. I've found what works for me but the only way for you to find out is really to try one, enjoy the experience. 🤗

God Bless You. I am battling cancer as well the past few years; now 59. I live in the US and always wanted to do a Porsche European delivery. Almost impossible these days working with US Porsche dealerships. I still own my original 1999 Boxster and still love driving it like it was the first day. I am seeking a European Dealership/Contact you would recommend working with to buy a 2025 Boxster in order to do similar travels as you have. I can email you direct if you contact me to take the conversation offline... Again; God Bless and hope you press on the way you have...

G'day. I came across your videos a few months ago and have watched every one. I suppose it could be because I am originally from the North of England, Aintree, and have a great love of motorbikes. But really it is because I admire your strength and courage, and because of the beautiful love story that you have woven through your tales. I am 63, and live in Gerringong, Australia. I ride an Indian Scout Rogue. Whenever I jump on it now, I have a quick thought about you. I will keep watching your incredible videos and am looking forward to the next one. Thank you sir.

I have twice been 'through' a cancer journey with loved ones...what those not been through do not comprehend,is the endless doctors,therapists,chemotheraphy/radiology appointments(and the ups and down that involves,,,the emotional rollercoaster),,,even being a 'carer'/loved one,it is exhausting emotionally and physically. For me the journey has been uplifting,,,for i have been exposed to a humanity i knew not existed...i wish you the very best on your very own journey...that you share is so important,,,one step at a time,,,😎
