If you get the chance, have a look at the thetford loop, plenty of green lanes that are nice and scenic with some challenging sections if you so choose.

What a laugh. Although, this one you could see the apprehension in your face when you saw that beck/stream/river/sea! Keep making us smile mate. 👍

You looked knackered at the end of the first bit! At least that fella was nice, most folks I met Greenlaning (here in Surrey anyway) would have been moaning at me. Good for you Brian!

Hi, just to let you know, I'm 70, had cancer last year and continued green laning, in France where I live. All clear now, so keep it up and you'll be fine soon.

Thanks for that, so glad you're free of it! 🤗 Having had oesophageal cancer last year I've now been diagnosed with inoperable cancer (too much to chase around my body) so on palliative chemo but still enjoying this brilliant life! ☺👍🏼💪🏼

Hi Brian. Having been through Chemo for Oesophageal cancer almost 4 years ago I have a good sense of how you are feeling . And as a fellow motorcyclist I greatly admire your willingness to take on green lanes for the first time while recovering from the chemo. It’s not easy at the best of times! My operation was at Royal Preston. Given your location and the use of a robot I am wondering if you were also treated there? Mr Pursnani perhaps? Any road up, if you fancy some company on a ride out just let me know. I live in Chorley so not far from you.

That’s a very kind offer thanks David, it would be great to take you up on that offer sometime!🤗 I had mine done at Newcastle & things would’ve worked out fine but for this secondary cancer now 🙄. Anyway, I’m hopeful of enjoying life (& riding bikes) for as long as I can. 🤗
