Mike has a very dry sense of humour. The sort of person you would expect to see in an old garage.😊

Hi James, you don't need that digger to dig the hole, just get Wally to do it he's an expert digger and quick. I think the re planting of those spruces will take no problem, you kept the roots and a lot of soil when moving I think it will be fine. Looks like Mike will be busy on Monday, catch you soon take care

Thanks Shaun. Yeah get Wally on the job. Should be ok as long as it stays there 🤣

The perfect transplant tool for moving larg tree or shrubs is a skid steer or CTL a track skid steer and a tree spade, JCB or paladin implements are two companies there are other manufacturers to that make, them they've been around a long time so there maybe second hand ones on the market it might make for an interesting video 😂😅

I've had a few hydraulic lines go on me whilst truckin but the worst one was on an skip truck in Torquay whilst lifting a 10t skip (loaded). I couldn't lift or lower the booms as it was the pressure line that feeds the valve block. Covered a contractors van and one of the labourers in hydraulic fluid... I was on a brand new driveway at the time and the builder insisted that I get the eff off the drive so I jumped in the cab and drove the truck down the steep driveway with 10t swinging off the back. I had almost no steering due to the weight and I can tell you I held on to that drivers seat with no hands :D Gonna go and watch the repair vid now ;)

Nice Bomag single drum roller. The Hatz engine last forever if you take simple care it would last 20 or more years. These are made in germany. The missing water tank cap should be available at Bomag.

@ pretty much every plate compactor, roller etc. that you see on the construction sites in germany is Hatz Diesel powered. They got a long tradition on small air cooled diesel engines.
