I’m not a drummer but there are similar challenges with piano, like with the Charlie Brown Christmas theme. I found the best advice is to master one part until you can do it in your sleep. If you can play it a hundred times in a row while talking to someone you are ready to add parts.

Your notation doesn’t represent inverted paradiddles. RLLR LRRL is the correct notation. Not RLLR LLRL. You are playing them correctly though.
