A quick note for the video! This is my first time playing the game so there are SEVERAL rules throughout the video that are wrong. Please do not use this as a How To Play video!
@marcokukuk30429 ай бұрын
Good editing and effects. But you do a lot of rule errors. Set aside the absolute wrong handling of the struggle meter (wrong placement of momentum, forgoten momentum, forgoten to take points), you also do a lot of movement errors. Jump is only a dash, not a full move for example. I hope you work on the rule part. I mostly watch shatterpoint videos for learning the rules because i only played once and did a lot of mistakes by myself :P
@TotallyNotAMimic9 ай бұрын
There are SO many rules errors that happen in the video haha This was my first time playing Shatterpoint, but the video was so much fun to make I had to upload it errors and all. But yes this is certainly NOT a how to play video. If I do anymore Shatterpoint content the rules will be correct.

Barring the misunderstandings that were present, for a first game, not bad. Those little things will definitely improve as you play more games, and get more comfortable with triggers, wordings, and the like. Sounds like you have already acknowledged some of the misunderstandings, so no need to hammer in on those. Look forward to seeing your progress and improvement in future videos
@AegisbrandStudios9 ай бұрын
@@TotallyNotAMimic I get that. I chose a method for filming my own that is a bit on the quicker side. We can hammer out a video in about 1:30-2 hours, but it lacks the cinematic flair that your style brings. It can take a lot of time to do, especially in between real life responsibilities

I tried to prime a clone with GW white scar from a spray can and it didn’t seem to be sticking very well. In some it stuck but in others it was very runny. I’m not sure if I didn’t shake the can enough or if the temperature outside had anything to do with it.

Make sure its shaken really well. Also the humidity of your area can have an affect on it. Cool dry places get the bet results.

Well done, the pose is really dymamic, my only complaint about the"Legion" format is that they aren't compatible with all the others minis on the market (they're about 37mm vs.28/30), imagine the conversions' possibilities with the plastic Stargrave or Wargames Atlantic sets!

Hey there, first of all, great Video, but i have a question! If you dont mind. Im new to airbrush, so i dont seam to get such a clean surface with my primer than you do, could it be that my Needle is too small? I use 0.2mm so far. I would like to Prime my Clone, then do the rest. Also, any tipps how i can redo misstakes with the brush ? Paint over it with white or whipe it off befor it dries? IDK ^^ Help would be amazing <3
@TotallyNotAMimic Жыл бұрын
Hey! So sorry for such a late reply. You’ve probably already found the answer to your question by now but I thought I would respond anyway. Your needle size should be fine you just need to find the right balance in thinning your primer to go through the airbrush. Too little and you get spidering, too much and you get very transparent layers and pooling in the recesses. I use Vallejo Primer mixed with Flow Aid. Experiment with the ratio to find which is best for your airbrush. I hope this helps.
