It's funny to see mourice (idk how to spell his name) is still being blurred out 😂. it's the time of year again the dynamic duo of fil and Alejandro say they're gonna post weekly for a whole year, let's see if they follow through. Exited for the future My resolution hopefully I'll finally become the editor for the no locked in Aztec warrior. *Side note we were supposed to be making videos 4 months ago 😭*

Forgiving people who won’t return the favor, is why we are ruled over, by people who “strongly dislike” us. (Can’t use the H-word, lest my comment disappear)

as a girl idgaf about your height as long as you're not below 4'9ft/147.32cm I literally dgaf. Sure, I prefer, I'm more easily attracted to, taller guys (USUALLY at most around 5'11ft/180.34cm) height has always been a stupid argument for me. I love masculine tall guys who have lots of muscle just as much as I love short twink guys. It's all stupid in my eyes, you shouldn't base a guy off how tall he is and same goes for how short a woman is. (I'm around 5'1ft/154.94cm)

Why should women reject men for something that they have no control over. Dating shouldn't be about liking a guy for his height, it should be about how he treats the woman

Hey Fill, awesome video you made. You inspire me to gonna try journaling. I got a question: on step 4 u sayd kill the people that r zombies, my mom fits in this category. What do I need to do? caus I'm not sure if I can block my mom out of my life, but she is really holding me back.
@FilGelabertАй бұрын
It gets tricky with family, but I've had quite a few friends go through this. Obviously take my advice with a grain of salt because I'm not a therapist and don't know the details. I'm literally just some guy yapping, but assuming she's consistently shown bad behavior that you've confronted her about: 1. Communicate with her how you're feeling. Give her the benefit of the doubt, because she might not know. Tell her how she's making you feel and why you think she's holding you back. Sometimes people just need a chance to fix their behavior. 2. If that fails, then you need to create your own safe space first even if that means moving out to your own spot. You need physical distance from zombies. If you can't afford to move out, work towards that, and then limit your exposure to them whenever possible. (e.g. work/study at coffee shops/libraries vs. at home, make friends at a run club and hang out with them, sign up for improv, etc.) More out of the house activities. 3. People will take what you give, so make sure you're re-training them on your boundaries. Remind them each time they cross a boundary how you feel, why it's wrong, and the consequences (e.g. if they always call you about drama, tell them you'll stop picking up the phone if they keep that behavior). Make sure you reinforce that consequence or the behavior will continue. 4. Journal all of this process! It'll help having thoughts on paper so you can see things as they happen. Memory can trick you. 5. Exhaust the body. Try and have one hard work out a day (running, lifting, sports). It'll help you be less reactive to your emotions and be more even-keeled. 6. Be nice to yourself. Change is hard as f*ck. You're gonna hate it at times, but it's all part of your hero's journey. I know it's a lot and I'm sorry you're going through shit, but you got this. Hope it helps 🤝

Deeply enjoyed your video! Hit the nail on the head with the procrastination. Something I think is missed, is how happiness is not defined. As an individual you need to make your own definition of what it means to be happy for you, and act towards your own place of happiness. It becomes easy to work for someone else’s happiness and forget what makes the individual happy

Wow! I didnt expect this video to be so professional and helpful! Thank you! As someone with ADHD it's very very easy to get off track and fall into bad habits. It's very hard to pull yourself out if you cant even tell how far you've fallen. I would maybe give the "zombies" in your life a little slack, maybe start by communication. Telling them how you feel and how they act. Some people have no idea and want to change just like those watching this video want to, I would give chances to improve if they're willing.
