Glad you tried out Kabuki's. This is my neighborhood and I have been going to Kabuki's for "forever." Next time you gotta get the vegetable and potato tempura and mac salad - da best! One of the things that turns me off is when I bite through the crispy skin/breading, and a good amount of oil drips from between the skin and the meat. It's really a trick to keep the meat moist and the skin/breading crispy, although reducing the amount of oil during the process. As we didn't see you grabbing for a napkin...that chicken did hit the mark!

The chicken sounds delicious! Definitely seems worth it.

I think that crunch, especially with the juicy meat, would easily make my top 3. SO hard to get a super crispy skin without drying out the meat or burning the crust.

Have you ever had their breakfast pizza? It’s actually really good! And Aldi also has some tasty take & bake pizzas for a really good price. Not sure if you have any Aldis out there. Honestly, I picked the Walmart one at the very beginning, just because it looked like there was more to it than the other one. With the price, I think it's not only a better value, but you get more for less in tastes as well. Great review! I'll definitely keep this in mind the next time I go to Walmart. Thanks.

I can see what Wes was saying about the Safeway with the crust. I noticed it right out of the gate with the stiffness of the slice. The Walmart pizza actually looked very solid. Awesome comparison video!!

The marketside pizzas are hit and miss. Definitely better with meats. Never had a Safeway pizza. Love the great value rising crust pizzas

Well, this video really caught my eye! I am not really a fan of the take and bake pizzas, but Papa Murphy's was pretty good. Very good to be honest. Great review, and described well. I get what you mean with that "clean" taste. Enjoyed!

I’ve made this recipe a few times. Today, I tried it with macadamia nuts. I waited a bit too long before cutting it and it hardened. I ended up breaking it into snack size pieces. This okoshi recipe is a winner! I live in Kona on Hawaii island, and I wasn’t able to find puff rice cereal at any of our markets, so I ordered Arrowhead Mills puffed rice cereal from Amazon.
