Watching this after just watching your Day in the life in Japan video the two places are like day and night, the question is which would you rather, Japan is orderly and clean but very restrictive, meanwhile Uganda is very disorderly and dirty but seemingly has a lot more freedom.

My wife got a Schnauzer puppy when I was 56. I’ve never had nor wanted a dog. But that puppy immediately CHOSE ME! We named him Tucker. He somehow made me his human and became my daily buddy. We were together constantly. The smartest dog I’ve ever seen. He knew my every move and we communicated perfectly. From him I learned compassion, love, caring, and complete trust. When he was scared, he latched into my arms for protection. He had the best life a dog could have. Tucker died two months ago. I had to put him down. He was in constant pain. I held him close for the injection. I made a little coffin, put his bed in, laid him in with his favorite blanket and toy “Santa”. Buried him under an apple tree. I’m still grieving. We have two others but they aren’t smart. I treat them the same but I miss him more than ever. Sometimes at night I wake up and reach over to pet him but his bed is gone and I’m alone again. Like right now. This video was hard to watch because I didn’t know what to expect. I’m so happy you saved that doggie! I’m 71 now.

Things aren’t so different in developed countries. I’m American, age72. My daughter is 43 and has 4 kids by three fathers. She is homeless because she was belligerent and also because her mother did not protect her from her present husband who raped and molested her. I’m just now reconnecting and getting a house remodeled to give her so she will never have to be homeless again. I’m having to learn to respect her and just live her so she doesn’t feel abandoned and worthless. We are both on a better path. Life isn’t so different here.

Those teen girls were nice. Pretty faces and respectful. I enjoyed their chat. I wish you had talked more in depth with the families. It was too superficial. I think they had more to say if they had the chance.

Beautiful city and lovely streets. And kudos for the fact that women dress reasonably modest, unlike in most of the West, where girls as young as 11 can be seen walking with shorts that barely cover their bottoms. They say it's their freedom, but in reality, it's to degrade women and to reduce them to being nothing but objects. This video shows that Africa really respects women and girls in this aspect and I give Africa a lot of credit for it.

Some good advice on here. I need to read "RIch Dad Poor Dad". I know of Robert and heard him talk about the stories and book many times. I wish I had started to invest and save in my 20s.... instead of being a bit lazy. It was only since my mid to late 30s that I started to invest money. Doing better now, but hoping to cash out a decent amount in this crypto bull run.
