The parasympathetic activation and the idea of drawing energy down from an overactive mind is a concept mirrored in other relaxation practices too. ✨ Love the emphasis on being present and processing emotions slowly - such a mindful approach! And those sensations like tingling could be evidence of the release of energy, maybe even engaging the endocannabinoid system, which plays a part in mood regulation and stress response. 🌿 👍 Can't wait to incorporate this into my nightly routine for better sleep and less anxiety. Thanks for sharing your wisdom and guidance. Will drop thoughts after trying this out for a few nights!
