🙌 Amazing video, Courtney! 🧘‍♀ 👣 Your toe tapping exercise seems like a soothing ritual before bed. The connection between simple physical movements and stress relief is so interesting! The parasympathetic activation and the idea of drawing energy down from an overactive mind is a concept mirrored in other relaxation practices too. ✨ Love the emphasis on being present and processing emotions slowly - such a mindful approach! And those sensations like tingling could be evidence of the release of energy, maybe even engaging the endocannabinoid system, which plays a part in mood regulation and stress response. 🌿 👍 Can't wait to incorporate this into my nightly routine for better sleep and less anxiety. Thanks for sharing your wisdom and guidance. Will drop thoughts after trying this out for a few nights! Please guys: Always listen to your body and consult with a healthcare professional if unsure about these exercises for your own well-being. 🌟
