Seeing so many comments use "Nemi" and reminder Genya NEVER stops calling Sanemi his big brother even after everything they've been through and no matter how many times Sanemi tries to push him away in the Japanese raws. He uses "Aniki" which is a more respective and formal version of "big brother" while when he was little he used "Nii-chan" which is a more affectionate way to say "big brother" VIZ replaces "Aniki" with "Sanemi" still not sure why they did it's definitely better than the "Nemi" crap "Nemi" is just a super poor fan translation that doesn't exist in the Japanese raws. Waiting for the day this nickname dies honestly...
