TY for your wonderful video! I can't stand to swim in the ocean bc somehow saltwater always winds up in my mouth bc of the waves & I can't stand it, but if i did like to & I was on the boat & they were coming up to receive friendly attention I probably would get in with them but I'll be thinking about the sharks LOL

Humans are pretty much safe with them. They kill anything and everything with no mercy. Baby whales, penguins, otters, seals sea lions sharks etc. etc etc, Deadliest creature in the ocean.

Wonderful! I petted a hammerhead shark once. He came slowly to me keeping his distances, I perceived no threat, I reached out slowly and the next time he was near, touched his pectoral fin. He came back feeling it was safe and I let my hand linger on its soft skin and belly. I did the same with a cow nosed sting ray - they are like the puppy dogs of the sea. I will never forget this. I want to ad that sharks have electric sensors on their nose. Salt water is electrically conductive. Our brain puts out electrical pulsed currents, and in some frequency, they are "read" by sharks as pain or strong fear. Any other frequencies doesn't trigger "time to feed!". This was theorized after stories of sharks giving chase to some small boats; the ignition sequence of their outboard engines put out an electrical signal at the same frequency as fear or pain, and would explain why sharks would end up shredding their jaw and faces on these propellers, trying to take a bite. Yes, they can easily do 30 mph under water. The sea hosts a good number of intelligent and friendly animals. We barely know them. Cheers!

Orcas and Whales do not have gills to breathe through water but instead, they got lungs just like any other mammals so they’ll be fine for quite sometime without water but they’ll starve so its good to put them back to the sea on time.

4:35 The thing with whales is if they wanted to, they could easily knock you into the water. They are choosing not to do that. That's not to say you shouldn't use caution around them because they are still wild animals and can be unpredictable. Best thing to do is stay calm and don't chase them. Let them be the ones to approach.

Do swimmers or kayakers ever talk to them, as in baby talk like their own sounds, or just talking conversationally? I’m really curious how they react to that instead of just to startled gasps and astonished yells.

In the mid 196o's or around that time, I was 7ish yrs old and went to the Seattle aquarium where "Shamu'"? the baby whale was being kept. I got to touch her and she spouted water at me! I will never forget it, she felt like wet rubber.

Maybe the orcas are splashing water as so to give a warning. They could be hunting seals or anything near that area.

Keep in mind that Orcas are smarter than chimps! They don't hate humans they hate boats ! They will an can disable a boat because some of their family members were hurt by boats. That being said, always remember that they have 0 predators other than humans! Keep your distance and never go to sea world!!!!!!

Well they might seem cute in this video, but Orcas have killed humans in the name of "playing around". Doesnt happen often but its important to remember that all the people seen swimming with the orcas are in the risk of getting thrown into the air or dragged underwater cause the cute orca wanna play ^^ Personally i think the diver at 3:30 did the smart thing

I remember finding out orcas know about our fear of sharks so they purposely only show their dorsal fin to make you think it's a shark before blowing air when it gets closer so you know it's actually the ONLY thing that EATS sharks, they're so silly

Orca s are the number one killer; are u weak in mind; look at the documentarirs they are animals and number one killers and they start already attacking boats and if they discover how delicious u are believe me it would sooner happen they would attack humans gor sure; its a matter if time

I’ve always found it fascinating how intelligent orcas are. They seem to have some kind of respect for humans. Sure there have been isolated incidents where they have injured people but for the most part they have not preyed on or intentionally harmed people when they easily could. I really wish we would stop harming them by using them as attractions in aquariums for profit. It’s sad to see such an intelligent, majestic animal defeated with its dorsal fin flopped over and its teeth ground down to the exposed roots from grinding against the concrete walls of its tiny enclosure. They deserve better from us.
