I am beginning to hate jupyter notebook. i follow this and it doesn't work. my kernal will not connect. it is very strange that I could spend hours following tutorial after tutorial and guide after guide and just never really get anywhere. I like when i install something and i just click next 15 times and then finish and i'm in.

Fun fact: The reason you don’t usually run regular code on the GPU is because that’s not what the GPU is designed for. If you’re not executing multiple things at once, there is usually no advantage to the GPU and it may even provide additional overhead from sending and receiving information.
