Feel your pain Alistair decent people don't want to name and shame these type of people but some times I wish they would. The supplier must have got their Staffie to remove the old one 😢

Before you purchase from the UK you have to ask them if they have a EORI number. It means the company has to be registered with customs as a exporter.

The alarm is usually a given and no biggie to dig out. But the fuse box FFS 😅

Yes totally agree no problem with the alarm but the fuse box is just a recipe for disaster 😂

Definitely not original paintwork or panels, probably. However still a very nice example.

The only bit I can see that’s been painted is the rear bumper and spoiler. Ford stamp on both wings and original sealer on them. This car hasn’t been driven since 2002 and the mileage is 60k miles original. It’s hard to believe but it’s true, I was trained to paint 25 years ago so I do know what I’m talking about when it comes to body work.

I am with you as don’t want to much going on under the bonnet with Chrome and blue hoses. Not for me either. But the car is coming along great. You know when someone is good at what they do as they make it look easy. Your good at what you do keep up the good content 🎉👍
