Did you take all the James Bond OSTs? they are worth not only to record collectors but also movie buffs, since the sleeve art work is the original movie poster. I saw James Bonds in many boxes, both in the garage and the room. I guess they are easy sold for @20-30/e.a

After 2 years have been passed tell us how many you have sold, 50%, 70%, 90% of them? I am always wondering people who bought in a big lot like this, how can they store them? yes rent a storage, but without re-selling quickly it would just cost you money. While selling them for $10 above is not an easy thing. I found people tend to be obsessive buying if they are marked $1-$2 so they will grab any records. Once it is above $5, they would be cherry picking and cost our time and energy.

We’ve sold about 80% , were fortunate to have space at our shop to store all our records. Each week we pull more from our backstock and add to the bins. We also do weekly record virtual auctions every Saturday night at 7:30pm est on our Facebook page.

You need to sell a bigger chunk of the good stuff that you take home for yourself. That would help. You can't beat Amazon. Look at all the different shops that Walmart destroyed. Sad but true.
@SteveGorsuchАй бұрын
Cool stuff but I always wonder how shop people make money. You keep all the best stuff and sell the beat up stuff. Who buys that stuff. I don't own even one beat up record. I don't get it. I would rather have 1 mint record than 50 beat up ones.
@BacktotheMediaАй бұрын
@@SteveGorsuch have you ever stepped foot into our shop? How do you know we only sell the beat up stuff? We haven’t been running a successful business for over a decade now selling beat up records. Thanks for assuming.

Did you buy the Revenant-Prophecies Of A Dying World too? That’s easily worth $100 alone, if in good shape. Oh, and I also saw an uncensored Scorpions-In Trance, and some Scorpions I never have seen. And I thought I had ‘m all 😂

Hey I really dig your videos. I just found your channel recently. I'm a major vinyl collector who's worked for 17 years for a major record chain here in Michigan called Harmony House. I love to search out hard to find records for my personal collection. I was wondering if you'd ever come across a 1983 record called "Betrayer of Kings" by a rather osbourne Michigan metal band called "Salem's Wych " ??? I have my own podcast style show on Utube called Motor City Rock Talk where I interview artists and bands from Michigan and the Detroit Metropolitan area from the 60's through today... anyway if you have this record I'd love to buy it from you along with some other stuff I'm sure you have. Anyway keep the videos coming and cheers 🍻

I've been collecting records long before you guys were considered to be born. You guys pass up on alot of good old music from my past. It's today's music I have a big problem with.
