Chocolate Thunder (Daryl Dawkins) started a new past-time, if you can take out a backboard you were in an elite class of dunksters! When they call broken backboard glass “Daryl’s Diamonds” you know you’re bringing it hard!!😆😆😆 R.I.P. Chocolate Thunder🙏🏾

MJ’s was by far the most exquisite, elegant, and demonstrative. Deserves the number one. The sheer explosion says it all. That, and the quasi horizontal gravitational defiance of his dunk delivery definitely shatters the rest. 💥 💥 💥

Tbh if I was the first guy and the backboard cracked but didn’t shatter, I would put epoxy or something to stop it from breaking, and then put it in my house

I gotta ask.. It's 'urban myth': If a player shatters a backboard; the school/parent is at fault? 😵💫 How does the 'victim' gets the pay out/ get a recovery of damages?? 😵.. It looks like a possible accident for insurance purpose. 🤔 Can someone educate me on what happens after the damage?! Frfr.. 💯

Problem with Shaq doing it if you watch close he purposely try’s to do it by yanking on the rim as he’s coming down. Anyone 330 pounds can yank on a goal and bust it or bring it down

This is disgusting how can you animals support these brutal violent men Every year around the world many Backboards are victims of this brutality So can we just take a moment to remember the victims.. of these animal's viciousness.. The Backboards.. Now there is no support system for them no welfare checks.. Somewhere out there they are still living with the horror these man put them through.. Imagine how they feel the terror they revisit whenever they see these man on television.. or in the media knowing they are still out there.. more important being celebrated for the disgusting behaviour Please if you are a victim of any Backboard violence or know someone who is.. there is help call 1800StandWithBackboards Remember #BackboardsLivesMatter Thankyou for your time And together we can stop this cycle of violence and make it a safer place for backboards

Oh my God, the way Michael Jordan floated to the rim in show motion is a beautiful thing to watch. He was graceful like a ballerina. Jordan's leaning dunk is just absolutely incredible. His vertical was measured at 48 inches during the 1984 NBA pre-draft combines, and his body fat was measured at 4 percent. Jordan was just a ridiculously athletic freak of nature

I say at least 2 or 3 was legit backboards breakers. While the other 7 or 8 were pulled down by hanging on the rim.
