The game is a big disappointment, as a player who usually buy skins and enjoy what the game has to offer, this is not the case here. I bought the Battle Pass and that's where it stopped. In COD MW3 Ranked I was a diamond, in Black Ops 6 I barely managed to reach the platinum, feels like it takes 700 bullets to kill every game sweaty as f*, even unranked games feel ranked, the game is mentally exhausting, I decided to quit and go back to MW3 and enjoy every moment!

I grinded the hell out of Cold War during its life cycle and its mind boggling how they dropped the ball so hard for BO6s MP maps and even parts of the campaign. I knew there was gonna be some issues because of them having to make BO6 on the infinity ward engine but holy fuck. Zombies feels like genuine upgrade from CW though 👍but it sucks going back to CW with no save and quit especially in outbreak Treyarch really spoiled us with Cold War's post launch, I hope Bo6 can do the same but S1 didn't really hit for me so far even with the new zombies map

Mw 2019 and black ops Cold War are my go to now bo6 js isn’t fun to me honestly especially wit the maps and movement the game js doesn’t feel like a black ops game in my opinion if y’all get what I’m sayin

I love the style of cold war which is why i havent switched, i enjoy the way the font looks, it has good movement and isnt overly fast, great zombies mode with onslaught, solid weapons each weapon feels like it has a purpose, great campaign and story, very solid style!

I am pretty sure SBMM works only if you play ALONE. I have a friend, we mostly played MW3 as 2 premades, and we have more than 2WL (i have 2.5 WL) by playing DOMINATION ONLY. We almost always win. We skipped BO6 tho, so i can only speak for MW3.

Whish I could play on 50 and under pings. Here in Hawaii we play on 90 plus pings and if ur really, really lucky u'll get into a 72 plus pings.

It is an internet issue, I had the same issue with spectrum cable internet since the beginning of MW19 I struggled with packet burst for years and my buddies could never figure it out, I had the internet provider come out at least 10 times and they could “never find anything wrong” Turns out that they have too many customers in my area and the node that supplied our service was overloaded but still within “acceptable” parameters. It wasn’t until fiber optic became available from another company in my area untill every issue I used to have was completely gone. This stressed me out for 4 years playing warzone. 100% your internet buddy

I liked cold war, but black ops 6 clears it for me. not saying cold war isn't good. its just not that good compared to bo6.

I play on series x and i recommend everyone trying the demolition playlist there is a really cool xbox community of that gamemode and you will usually always get a lobby even with cross play off. Really good game, most of these high levels are not sweats and they're just people who stayed in the game.

Dang, watching this makes me remember that there is such a things as GOOD map design and logical spawns. Not every map is a complete random spamfest. It's too easy to forget just how important decent map design and spawn logic is in an FPS. BO6 is really kind of awful, just objectively, it's awful but we are all "getting used to it". Seeing this really reminds you of that.

I think maybe people got lost in what I was trying to say about ping, which has become apparent from responses on mine as well as your video (here). 30-50ms ping is absolutely fine for casual gamers, and really makes no difference in 90% of lobbies. However, if you’re someone like myself or, in this case, Caffrey, then I’d expect you to have some kind of Fiber connection and be close to a Call of Duty server. You note in the video being close to a server, but not having fiber will directly affect your ping. This is because of the difference between coax and fiber connection. The reason fiber is so much better is because the glass connection makes it nearly instant - they’re basically just moving light (think about the speed of light vs electricity). This isn’t a completely correct way to explain the connection, but an easier way to understand the disparity. Of course, this isn’t necessary in the slightest, but just an expectation of most serious content creators. Not to say you aren’t serious, just that a lot of people put focus on having the very best they can to ensure it all comes down to skill in their games. In fact, Ninja has spoken on this a lot when it comes to Fortnite build vs zero build competitive. Apologies if this came across poorly. As for times with packet burst, sadly COD telemetry tends to be entirely wrong when it comes to connection (and sometimes performance). Appreciate you watching my reaction. I know I can sometimes seem harsh, but that’s not my goal. I just try to be straightforward and share as much information as I can. Apologies if my tone didn’t match my goal of being helpful. 🤘🏼 As for “skill rating / EOMM” discussion, I think what you’re saying is fair. My point was more about showing that you actually aren’t interested in engaging with those lobbies. I don’t think the skill rating is truly working on “skill level” alone. I think there’s a bit more to it, but we’re left without all the information due to them wanting to hide things. There’s no evidence anything is getting manipulated in real time. Testing has been done on this for years. There’s no way to prove anything for this, or disprove anything for this. That’s why it will always be a topic people point to. However, we need a lot more info than we have, otherwise it’s ALWAYS based on feeling or things that could be random. Randomness tends to be a massive factor in what people see as Skill Based Damage, sadly. My guess is that most of our issues derive from a poor matchmaking system that prioritizes only <200 ping (<100 if possible), and Google servers that need an upgrade - that’s what COD uses, hence their KZbin deal with the CDL.
