a lot of people trade instead of crafting. I personally only craft like 2-3 pieces for fun and buy the rest. Also you can respec with gold talking to Faustus in your town.

I need to find luck like this. I have farmed from 67 to 84 in nm terror zones trying to find a viper magi, shako, soj or occy. I use the clock trick to keep whatever zone I am farming tz for as long as I need. I bounce my mf around from 166 to 224 and places in between cuz nothing feels lucky. So far all I have found that is useful for my sorc is magefist, frostburn, aldur boots and rising sun ammy and using any of those drops my mf down. I think I am just going to move onto hell and put in the command for infinite respecs to get past the immunes. I'm wore out and need to move on but man my layouts for tristram, tower, pit, andy, and meph are all really good I'd hate to reset them.

why wear any MF at all? stack your char without any concessions to MF and let the souls give you max MF in your gg stuff and then do "full game MF runs"... as in, instead of just clearing chaos and having to repeat the souls ritual, run chaos. then run countess, andariel, bone ash, the smith, the pit, sewers, ancient tunnels, arcane, even duriel... then of course, meph and travincal before going to act 5 and running the standard pindle/shenk/eldritch, then nihlathak before heading to WSK and baal before hopefully getting a terror zone outside this route and taking care of it... this way, with the strongest version of your character you can just lay waste to all of sanctuary with a TON of MF... ANNNNDDDD you make your runs long enough such that all of the soul's shenanigans and ritual are worth waiting through (due to the lengthened MF route for each "run") i mean, theoretically, if it is possible to get the souls to perform their ritual somewhat consistently, depending on how long the whole ritual takes in the first place - once you actually get them going - shouldnt this strategy/feature render all MF worthless and unnecessary? also, given the longer run length i am calling for is it not the case that this style - "full game" runs, as i am calling them, with the huge MF with zero power sacrifice - enable a few other large benefits in terms of what/where to farm that make viable and valuable areas you typically would not think of as "worth it"... ill explain. to drop as many HRs as possible we need to target things that have large chances to drop anything at all; that those things CAN drop runes, and then roll the dice as many times as possible. but befcause we are loaded with MF we kill fast so that every now and again drops not selecting either of the two drop-categories ("NO_DROP" and/or "RUNE_DROP") drop an item which, due to our huge MF actually results in drop outcomes of higher item qualities on average... therefore because we are fast strong and looking to maximize our overhead costs - the time it takes to undergo the soul's ritual each run - it becomes "worth it" to sprinkle in not just "quality" targets but also "quantity" targets... this potentially leading to otherwise ignored farming spots becoming "viable". feel me? and this is to say nothing about power long farming - multiple accounts or teams engaging in concurrent running - while a current run is taking place another character is undergoing the souls ritual such that as soon as that current run concludes, an already prepped, souls-boosted-MF'er is ready to go again! anyways, i was pretty much falling over in sleepiness when i wrote all this so if bits are out of place or incoherent forgive me - i think my overall points are conveyed good enough - sooooo, what do yall think about all of this? anything im talking about interesting in the slightest? please let me know, this MF strategy interests me! (and JUST IN TIME FOR NEW LADDER!!)

I got a mf boost this afternoon. Did one ritual with foh pala, went to terrorized stony field. First pack gave a unique ring, dwarf, second pack unique long bow, then a unique mask, then another unique crap and rakanishu dropped gore riders. Like 5 uniques in a run which is not common at all. Went into cows and looks like the spell was gone, a lot of magic’s but maybe that was regular. Tried ritual + terrorized zone again and it wasn’t impressive. But im pretty sure it worked once. Now im trying to understand the mechanics and length of the magic boost.

Hey, do not forget that you can minmax faster run/walk speed stat before grinding vendors! :D 1. Get yourself 40% frw boots. 2. Do not wear medium/heavy armor or shield. 3. Look for unique/set/runeword items with frw like Stealth armor, Peasant Crown, M'avina's Tenet, or even Harmony runeword in bow with lvl 10 Vigor (extra points if you give it to a1 merc) 4. Various character skills like assassin's burst of speed for frw, or sorc's Telekinesis to get in and out of portal faster.

Best place for 3/20 gloves is a cow portal at Gheed. His trade window opens up in the armour screen saving you a click. The defence on your gloves doesn’t really matter.

The main ritual's purpose is classic... Farming p3 classic is better with the ritual so you almost only drop rares! And no need to farm bosses, just destroy all elites, thus you don't lose time on the ritual for nothing but a few bosses ;-) Anyway, mf only changes the rarity not the quality, roll or item base... Even boosting mf to a billion won't change much if only p1 😕

I hate the portal delay. Act 1 and 2 seem to be good for me on sertion items. Faster run walk is the best way. Act one dos take some time to roll the correct map. act 2 is fun as you just loop around all merchants and use the sewers to restart and us the out of town exit to start the loop again but do it again in revers.

I recently started looking for +3 to Warcry wrps and i find about 1 a day if not 1 every other day and ive been trading for high runes and all kinds ggsl stuff especially if you find a matching pair 9r a rare weapon types. I only check Larzuk Mala and Charsi. And if you are serious about it you can open a cow portal right next to charsi and popp in n out real fast to reset her items just pike ppl do with anya. Also i run my cursor over all body armors and helms only looking for sockets cuz eockets 9n those items will show up without having to take the extra second or 2 to wait f8r the item stats to show and i find a relatively frequent spawn with Artisan's or Jewelers mods (3-4 sockets) and ive found 3 nice helms with atoynd 35-45 life with 3 orn4 sockets l. Ive found a dope b9dy armour too that has 75l8fe with Jewelers mod n4 sockets. All paladin scepters can also spawn with Jewelers or Artisan's mod. I dont even spend very much time looking, like I rarely ever leave town to reset items i just pook through app items once and thats it. PS the 3 to warcries mod can spawn on any of the vendor swords axes and daggers with throwables also. So if say u find a war axe with 3WC on it it looks the sqme as a zerker when equipped. I just finally today found larzuk with a 3WC crystal sword. So just checking real fast f8r these mods youll feel like y9ure hardly sending anytime yet find them often 🤙

I saw the comment about 3WC spears but the same is true for lancer’s. Only +3 as +6 is limited to maiden/cerem/mat javelins. Also I heard the same thing as you said at the beginning: clvl +5 for shopping, -5 to +4 for gambling. Still it’s a nice overview of what merchants can get you. Thanks

10:29 one small note on BO stick shopping is that +3 WCs can spawn on the Throwing Knives and axes as well! +3 WCs Throwing Knives are actually the GG because of lowest inventory space needed.

I also check larzuk while waiting for the tele in baal runs, but I only remember getting a 4os 96 life armor, I also notice that my lvl 70s seem to get a lot of jewelers moded armors but no other adds...

I made a hybrid multishot/strafe build and it clears most maps in hell and most importantly, it's chill/fun to play.

Why do you use LoH with a foher? (the +% damage to demons doesn't work FoH OR Smite either) Also, why not 2x 40% mf rings instead of 2 Nagels? Sure Nagel is more common and cheaper, but doesn't really offer that much in hell in return rather than attack rating (what you don't benefit from and -6 damage reduce)
