Best place for 3/20 gloves is a cow portal at Gheed. His trade window opens up in the armour screen saving you a click. The defence on your gloves doesn’t really matter.

Great video! The best level for shopping a white bone wand base is lvl 17 because you can only look at wands with a red background, since Bone Spear requires lvl 18 which you wouldn't have at 17. At the same time at 17, you can make Stealth, for +25% faster run walk. I recommend also shopping 10 FRW boots from Elzix (use the sewers trap door if the exit is on the Drognan side). Fastest boots at lvl 17 are Vidala's Fetlock with 30 FRW.

Hey, do not forget that you can minmax faster run/walk speed stat before grinding vendors! :D 1. Get yourself 40% frw boots. 2. Do not wear medium/heavy armor or shield. 3. Look for unique/set/runeword items with frw like Stealth armor, Peasant Crown, M'avina's Tenet, or even Harmony runeword in bow with lvl 10 Vigor (extra points if you give it to a1 merc) 4. Various character skills like assassin's burst of speed for frw, or sorc's Telekinesis to get in and out of portal faster.

The vigor on merc doesn't work in town, but works if you carry it. Another cheap runeword is Zephyr bow (Ort Eth) for 25% FRW. Harmony is better, but it requires a 4os bow and a Ko rune. Speaking of Ko rune, the Hustle Armor gives 65 FRW. Finally, Assasins should use burst of speed. (or it can be proc-ed from Hustle Weapon, fastest way is Strafe AFAIK)

I saw the comment about 3WC spears but the same is true for lancer’s. Only +3 as +6 is limited to maiden/cerem/mat javelins. Also I heard the same thing as you said at the beginning: clvl +5 for shopping, -5 to +4 for gambling. Still it’s a nice overview of what merchants can get you. Thanks

I also check larzuk while waiting for the tele in baal runs, but I only remember getting a 4os 96 life armor, I also notice that my lvl 70s seem to get a lot of jewelers moded armors but no other adds...

10:29 one small note on BO stick shopping is that +3 WCs can spawn on the Throwing Knives and axes as well! +3 WCs Throwing Knives are actually the GG because of lowest inventory space needed.

Actually the non throwing swords, axes and maces are also good because they are socketable. You can throw 2 Lems on both and have 150 gold find each and have 6 bo total, and your main hand can still be your grief or whatever.

@@HenryHoe i agree. They are great for self use. But they arent BiS. If youre going for a GF or MF offhand swap, you would want 6xLem or 6xIst CS in each hand. I personally dont wanna min max that hard so i end up with 2xBaba on swap most times. But one of the best things about D2 imo is that you dont have to use BiS. You can play the game with whatever you end up finding and still have fun!

There is no such thing as a +6 BO spear/axe/throwing knife that a Barbarian can use to get + 12 to BO. The best you can get is a CTA, which gives +3 BO (capped at 3 for Barbarians since it's an oskill) +1 to all skills and HotO (Heart of the Oak) for +3 to all skills for a total of +7 to BO. Instead of HotO one can use a +3 to warcries (Echoing prefix) weapon, but the HotO gives 40 FCR which helps a lot with the Shouting and Horking speed.

alvl is calculated by qlvl and ilvl, and once you get ilvl > 99-qlvl/2, then alvl = ilvl*2-99. "The higher the better" isn't accurate, as when you increase the alvl, more mods can spawn, making it harder to find the mods you want. You want to shop at the minimum level always, and ilvl 80 will always give alvl 61. Unless you're trying to get elites, in which case go for level 94+ +3 skills is alvl 60, so on most items you need 60 = ilvl*2-99. ilvl required is 80, so clvl to shop is 75. staffmods only spawn on h2h2 claws, so Hand Scythes and above, so you can ensure you have just enough dex/str to not wear greater claws (76/76) and you'll only have to look at those claws for +lightning/death sentry claws. The socket cube recipe has a 17% chance of 1 socket always, regardless of max number of sockets. It will always roll a 1-6, and if the value is higher than the max sockets, it just gets the max sockets. Bone spear wands can spawn at ilvl 19/clvl 14, but it's super rare (20% chance for each staffmod, same chance as getting level 30 skills at ilvl 37+). You can basically always shop them there since the ilvl caps at 20 for act 2 normal and 12 for act 1 normal. I think you can shop for white wands *anywhere* so long as you are clvl 14-17, at any vendor that sells wands. So act 1 nightmare with a grush to hell character can open a cow portal and shop akara for wands. Normal/white items stop spawning after clvl 20+/ilvl 25. Also you can spawn a pandemonium portal next to Malah/larzuk to shop them faster.

I recently started looking for +3 to Warcry wrps and i find about 1 a day if not 1 every other day and ive been trading for high runes and all kinds ggsl stuff especially if you find a matching pair 9r a rare weapon types. I only check Larzuk Mala and Charsi. And if you are serious about it you can open a cow portal right next to charsi and popp in n out real fast to reset her items just pike ppl do with anya. Also i run my cursor over all body armors and helms only looking for sockets cuz eockets 9n those items will show up without having to take the extra second or 2 to wait f8r the item stats to show and i find a relatively frequent spawn with Artisan's or Jewelers mods (3-4 sockets) and ive found 3 nice helms with atoynd 35-45 life with 3 orn4 sockets l. Ive found a dope b9dy armour too that has 75l8fe with Jewelers mod n4 sockets. All paladin scepters can also spawn with Jewelers or Artisan's mod. I dont even spend very much time looking, like I rarely ever leave town to reset items i just pook through app items once and thats it. PS the 3 to warcries mod can spawn on any of the vendor swords axes and daggers with throwables also. So if say u find a war axe with 3WC on it it looks the sqme as a zerker when equipped. I just finally today found larzuk with a 3WC crystal sword. So just checking real fast f8r these mods youll feel like y9ure hardly sending anytime yet find them often 🤙

The statement about no elite items before act 3 hell is false. Fara sells elite thrown (and maybe melee?) weapons at a bare minimum.

I hate the portal delay. Act 1 and 2 seem to be good for me on sertion items. Faster run walk is the best way. Act one dos take some time to roll the correct map. act 2 is fun as you just loop around all merchants and use the sewers to restart and us the out of town exit to start the loop again but do it again in revers.
