I love this app… I do sound design with my Microfreak into garagaband then bounce to audiooshare and during my commute I select little snippets and create a library of samples I can then put onto my Circuit Rhythm sampler using Components or back onto the Microfreak to use the granular option ….. AudioShare is amazing ! The two things I haven’t explored is sampling from wen[b browser or using the Inter-App Audio option to process - INDISPENSABLE GUIDE - THANK YOU !!!

They dont have these server downloads anymore on their redesigned website yet they are still selling their apps on the appstore. the new website just seems to have a bunch of links to unrelated products. Do you know if these midimux servers are still available for download somewhere ? Im really surprised there's almost no apps years later that let you plug ios into usb on computers to connect to daws . That seems like something many people would use. It seems particularly harder to connect ios audio/midi via lightning cables to windows pc. it looks like the macs can connect easier , i guess because they are apple. sucks ! i was excited to easily use my ipad apps in ableton as that link feature sucks unless you have good internet . i can record ipad apps in audio tracks but its not the same as areal plugged in audio midi lightning cable connection. well 1/2 hr later i found a server download link on reddit but i'm not sure if its actually a good one as i have no remote ports found at all . It is showing my app i chose in the local port sections so that port works but nothing in the remote ports at all so ableton does not see anything . Any advice ? thanks , upon further testing its not working at all on my windows 10 , im guess because i don't have the real mux server downloaded , on the ipad end the mux app does see my apps but thats all it does. those guys shouldn't be selling apps they don't even support anymore . waste of peoples time as well.

This app fucking sucks,could not get it to work with Cubasis 3 or Garageband,the files don’t show when you select the Cubasis 3 audio folder even when Audioshare saves them and Garageband is confusing,I tried using Audio Recorder to paste the file from the clipboard but nothing worked,thank god I only wasted 6 bux on this shit app,wish apps would just function without complications. I think the new ios maybe has broken it.

A more in depth “how to” video would be better. The things that you kind of skip over is crucial (I.e. exactly how it is connected). Also, a few of the things you said was contradictory and confusing. Sorry to be so critical but the video only shows that it apparently could be done somehow.

You can use KZbin if you run a iPhone or any phone using rca cable n run it through a USB audio interface I was messing with it yesterday well I know you can do on blockwave I'm guessing you can on this I have this app just ain't really used it a lot

damn, I have been searching endlessly for iPad app that samples and this one does it awesomely. It snaps to the BPM, which gives you perfect loops if you know the BPM of your source sample

Hi Colin, not sure if you monitor for KZbin comments. Hopefully you'll see this. I really enjoyed this tutorial. I just picked up the app and am using it with my OP-1. I can now do the things you taught. However I was trying to find a way to do the following: 1) make OP-1 the master clock so the app will use the tempo set on OP-1 2) use the transport controls on OP-1 to control stop/start of the app. It would be cool to use this app as a sequencer for OP-1, as well as to be able to record the result onto OP-1 tape, but with the OP-1 stop//start control to precisely time this. Is this possible? Cheers!

Which interface are you using to get iPad Midi Data into the OP-1? Can this also be used to connect an external USB-Midi-Controller with keys?
