Union teaches mostly commercial I know a friend of mine that's got 18 years as a journeyman and still does not know how to wire his own house or troubleshoot live wires. And from the shape of your body you're right it don't look like an electrician you probably tried to do it with a friend and now you don't even look like you could lift a roll of wire😅 but if you are an electrician right why don't you prove it and show a video of you doing electrical let's see how you do it😊

In my country the apprentice cant get laid off. When you are an aprentice you are not hired by the company. You have a contract with them yes but your employer is actually the county administration. I think this is a better system that keeps aprentices from becoming thrown between companies. Hopefully you are hired by a great company by now :)
