Exercise Tutorial: Dumbbell Box Squat

Stand in front of a box, bench or chair, holding a pair of dumbbells by your sides. Lift the dumbbells to shoulder-height by bending your elbows. Inhale as you slowly squat until your buttocks touch the box. (Do not sit on the box and rock backwards.)
Exhale as you return to the standing position. Repeat.
