It's a handsome house in a grand setting, which will look even more appealing in summer when all the large trees in the neighborhood are in full leaf. The landscaping is extensive. The rooms are quite large, and the kitchen has lots of counter space. You didn't mention the full-sized fridge-freezer in the utility room, something that would be a necessity in a house like this. The rear garden is impressive in size and has many mature shrubs and trees. The place has been kept updated and beautifully maintained. You get a lot of elegance for your money with this one, and I suspect it will sell promptly.

As an estate agent sometimes peoples staging of a property really makes all the difference to make the walk through flow and feel open and enough space . Sometimes less is more , great property.
