This is a well-kept property, and though the neighbors are close by on either side, they are well screened for privacy. The layout is traditional. The rooms are a good size and the kitchen has ample counters and cabinets. I noted a space in the utility room that would accommodate a large fridge-freezer. Having two bedrooms with ensuites and all bedrooms with built-in closets are conveniences. It all looks to be in good order, so I wouldn't be in a rush to do any updating.

It does need doing up and the bedrooms are small. The master bedroom is small it is an odd shape. I think the rooms up and down need to be re shaped.

Wow this home is very boxy. So much wasted space and small rooms. The views are lovely. The kitchen is a good size but the dining area is tiny. The integrated fridge must also be small. Sorry but not my dream home. Thanks for the tour😂😂😂😂🇦🇺🇦🇺🇦🇺🇦🇺
