Your form is mediocre. Not meant as an insult. You're a strong guy and can do better. 10 with good form is worth as much as 100 with poor. Get the full range of motion, don't rock yourself up with momentum like you're doing, and don't cheat by sticking your chin over the bar, and you will be 99% perfect. If you do 10 like that, you'll be able to crank out these 41 fake ones like nothing.

You mean like this? kzbin.infobKmzg4zeBfo?feature=share
@luckylarry4234 күн бұрын
@@MarkCCalisthenicsChannel Impressive. And kind of, but you're still rocking yourself up in that video. You're not isolating your back muscles enough.
@npwn65693 күн бұрын
@luckylarry423 Sorry, but it's obvious you have no idea what you're on about. 10 'perfect' pull ups are very easy to achieve. 47 pull ups, even with a bit of momentum is exponentially harder. Probably 20% of gym going males can do the former, less than 0.1% can do the later. Anyone who's actually trained pull ups seriously will know this.
@BHeyUSA5 күн бұрын
Not too many people in the world can crush out 47 like that!
