Really not that much different than the Old Country Brazos DLX. Thats what i thought it was when i saw the thumbnail.

Great job! I love the rub mixture! Since I don't have a heat deflector, I will use my SlowNsear and use your methods and timing. That chicken looks so delicious!

Dreams do come true. Thank YOU BBQ Guys and the full crew! Honestly, we live in this yard every day now. It's freaking awesome, and it's because of you. ❤ Katie...(and your full family) thanks. Like, really. And Jarrett with the vision. 💪 It's everything we wanted!

My grill smokes for 20-30mins after the shut down cycle. Is this normal?

Oh my goodness the way the fat cap caramelized on the entire roast looks like the juiciest crunchiest fat I’ve ever seen. I can’t wait to make that one day.

Good comparison but obviously slanted in Kamato Joe's favor from the beginning.

I watch this video every time I’m about to smoke a brisket. Kelsey is like an old friend to me now. Truly the most useful brisket video out there.

This is by far the best grill and I'd love to buy but the more I research things the more more it looks like they're out of business? Who's making these grills now? Is BBQ Guys just selling old stock until discontinued? I noticed their website and phone # are not working... will BBQGuys honor the lifetime warranty? I really hope this grill has a future... it's a beast and nothing I can find comes close to it.

Do you need to turn the meat when cooking indirect this way? Heat is coming from one side.

I’m not the best cook probably closer to the worst so I’m gonna try it but I’m buying a rotisserie chicken from cost co and does it make a big difference if you brown the sausage or just throw it in

I got ripped off buying this garbage. Bbq guys do not back their products. I previously bought a prestige pro 665 . Return customer and they told me to contact camp chef with my issues (too many to list). Bbq guys do not back the products they sell and they sell any junk a company will pay them to promote. Do not trust BBQ guys. Buy anywhere else.

Great video. Kenji Lopez Alt did an experiment on how opening and closing your doors effects temperature. It makes virtually no difference. It makes sense. The inertia heat built up within the meat will not be effected by the surface area dropping in temp. Turns out spritzing meat makes a massive difference in the temp. Not trying to be a well actually guy. You are far more knowledgeable than I.

Mono sodium glutamate really. Where I come from any chemical additives is considered cheating.. if you said money muscle one more time I was going to shoot myself in the head. Are all competitive. BBQ’s this wacky.
