What’s that? Seems like a front push away 🧐 kind of the starting of a front lever or the pushing top motion of the muscle up? Nice tucking but shoulders are a little high maybe a bit more scapula activation to avoid tendons tension in shoulders.

Nah, not really, the elevation is just caused by the shoulder flexion and scapular depression+ little protracting. Core is not a main muscle on the movement. The same principle as a flag

I loved your video 5 years ago but now when I see this I kind of think that this is ridiculus. No begginer should start a front lever journey with this exercise. Even you had trouble keeping your feets on the bars.
