Hi, I am considering becoming an organizer . I have always like to irganize to make my life easier. I hired a professional organizer once recently because I couldn't catch up with my things to do. It was the first time and I began to consider the idea!

😢im having a problem since my mom died, All of her stuff was being thrown out by my dad's new gmy friend and so I grabbed everything.I could out of the garbage all of her clothes are on my bed and it's been seven years. I don't know how to let go.

I've done a few organizing jobs for people. A friend asked me about helping her declutter, and make a low level hoarder house into a functional beautiful space. I really need advice. I stepped into a job way way bigger then I thought..... I was there for 3 hours today and only got done her living room and I truly have no idea how to move to a different room in the house. It felt incredibly overwhelming. Please offer Any wisdom. Thanks 😊

This is my problem. Well my biggest problem. I’m so depressed. So overwhelmed. So discouraged to even start. I have no room to move anything. So when I start to organize, I have no space or place to put it. I get depressed and I lay down. I don’t even know where or how to begin. And what makes it REALLY hard. Is it’s all new stuff. Most of it is still in bags. The only time I feel at peace is when I’m away from the house and shopping. Which leads to even a bigger clutter situation. 💔🤦‍♀️😫

Best advice I’ve heard so far! Everyone else says to start with small items. It’s already so overwhelming. If you start with small items. It feels like it would take FOREVER!

I've been working with some clients with ADHD or some that are Chronically Disorganized; however, I've just had someone reach out to me that has BD (Bipolar Disorder) and ADHD. My question is this: they are receiving help (doctors, medication etc) should I go ahead and help them?

What if you have a client that has a project that will last about 3 months how would you charge.

I used to own a custom garage cabinet manufacturing company in the Southwest. Our entire business was about helping people resolve their terrible organizing skills. I came to the business from being tired of the brokerage industry and I wanted to own my own company and this fell in my lap. I brought all my business and sales and client skills with me form brokerage and applied it to making custom garage cabinets. I made a lot more money in this than I did brokerage and I really enjoyed helping people resolve their messy garage issues. You wouldn't believe some of the garages Ive encountered; open up the garage door and it was often a wall of junk. Incredible!

My big items are the very expensive armoirs and funiture in need. The rest are all smaller tables....firniture. i cant start with big items. The smalleritems are valuable precious family heirlooms. I reaaly need a bigger house and a different husband 😅😂😊

I listened to dozens of coaches but I could not even access three quarters of my bedroom to implement what they said. It is only thanks to YOU that I will do the most difficult part: starting. Hi I just watched your video for extremely cluttered spaces. I have 2 jobs live with my elderly mother and I've been trying to clean and organize my bedroom for 10 yrs. I'm serious. Large to small is an idea I haven't tried yet. I thought if I fill 1 large leaf trash bag and took it out on my patio and only fill again once I've went through and managed the first one what do you think. You see my son hung himself in 2017 he was 27yrs. And I have a lot of sentimental things of his .it's just hard letting anything go that was his. He was my only child, we lost his father 10yrs before jn 2007 to a car accident. So no help there.

That’s me. My projects are done. It’s time to move onward. But! Help . Help n help . 😂😂😂😂. It’s my keeps. I want em. But I have no room as we again looked tonight . The room is filled w/ cookware, bakeware, sewing machine n equip w/ 3 boxes . Cameras n equipment : & more outdated. Dog food, cat food; n their dishes . .. I rotate daily. . .. .. I think of my floor as lava. So I’ve striped this place down . FLYLADY system. Minimal mom ; Dana k white. Maryland Erica Lucas’s Canada 5x5 room clean. I got rid of living room furniture, the kitchen stove n microwave; dining room table!! N chairs. My 4009 $ vacuum!! Looking at my paint supply .. need to paint my porch/deck .. I want to repaint my rooms! This week. : is master bedroom closet.!! I saved my winter blanket n sheets for 2 beds n the pup . Save some towels for self cat n pup. I got rid of my curtains!! N all the .. fabrics… I have the good rods. But I don’t want to store them. .. most my windows are covered w/ and I used a light weight fabric to cover the bedroom windows.! Feels nicer. Not heavy or layers!! . So…. How do I let it go . To move forward.!!!!?? I have much more. In the barn. For building repairing .. I gave kids all they wanted. …. I’m stuck for this moment.! Wait on you to advise !! 😮

This was so helpful! I've maximized most of the space in my tiny kitchen, the only thing that bothers me is I have relatively short shelves in my cabinets and very few drawers so there's nowhere to put cookie sheets and baking tins. Right now they're under the sink, but I'd love them to live somewhere else.
