Omg that clip of you with the halo glow powder 😍 I think you should wear it more often cause it made your skin look gorgeous. I want it now. I understand up close might be different though. Is there an alternative that you would recommend that is both glowy and perfecting?

For me the Buttermelt Glaze has easily become my go-to no-makeup-makeup foundation! I don’t set it at all; I find it sets just fine on its own on my skin, and the slight glow it gives looks so tone-evening and natural, I think I’ll be abandoning the Covergirl foundation with the pigment beads. Truly this is the face product I’ve been looking for for years and I’m so glad NYX put it out there.

@ I will give it a shot at this point. They make a really good cleansing balm so I'm not surprised that whole line is decent. Thanks for the suggestion. Turning 35 in a couple weeks. I still deal with breakouts also need a different moisturizer these days.

I always love your recommendation videos 🎉 and your dupe videos. Thank you for spending your $$ so we don’t have to ❤ I am on a very low buy for 2025 so getting your reviews help tremendously! Drugstore prices have gone up but I can see why. Also, most of the time the drugstore products are killing it and they are earning that higher price tag. They have come such a long way. I did order the NYX liquid IV lip gloss stains and I love them! The shades I got were darker and so beautiful. Left a really nice even stain behind. I have dry lips that I have to keep something on all the time so I tend to stay away from stains bc they’re usually so drying but the NYX gloss stains aren’t. I’m very happy with them. I have yet to try the colorpop dupe for the summer Fridays lip balm but they’re on my list! Thanks again for the reviews and recommendations 🎉Have a great week. Hugs! 💖

Beautiful! What palette are you using as a mirror when you put on the "cake" eye shadow. I know its a revolution product because I own a highlighter just like it, but can't find that gorgeous rose gold exterior on anything. I need that big beautiful mirror!!

Before when minimum wage in CA was $9 makeup was around 6-9.. now that minimum wage is near 17-20 I noticed drugstore makeup is priced near 12-20. It’s matching wages

Yeah but the minimum wage in this red state, I live in is still $7 something and the prices are still high. I saw a new cover girl gloss and I wanted it but when u added tax, it was over $16. I refuse to do that. I still can get some new stuff on occasion but it’s stuff that I’ve watched multiple videos about, to be informed if it’s actually good but still it doesn’t work the same on everyone so u take a chance.

I wonder if it's because milani is produced/manufactured in the US and Italy. That's why it's so expensive? The only thing I purchase from milani is their setting spray because of the pricing. Nonetheless, drugstore has definitely been more expensive the past couple of years 😢 P.s. Are you planning on reviewing the new Maybelline concealer and foundation? The one with the purple top? 😊

@ the Hydra Honey is shockingly similar to the Kulfi, will have to see how they wear. I love the Kulfi but don’t find it as long lasting as some kbeauty. Only been wearing the NYX for a couple hours (still perfectly on & has shine) but already love. Thank you for all of your hard work in getting us quality recommendations we can trust.

I have pretty sensitive skin, especially in the winter! They definitely feel great on my skin and I didn’t experience any irritation or breakouts! I know some people have trouble with the glow recipe watermelon glow dew drops though, so I wonder if it would be the same case with this product for people who have trouble with glow recipe. These don’t have fragrance, which is nice for people with sensitive skin!

The only one of these I’ve already tried is the Revolution Jelly Blush. I have the shade cherry and you’re spot on about the application. I never tried the Milk version but I have seen other people make similar comments about it. My packaging is fine, but I bought it in-store so it wouldn’t have gotten tossed around in shipping. Of these I definitely intend to try the Nyx IV lip stains; I’ve been looking for a drugstore lip stain option and the Milani isn’t in UK drugstores yet. I may also try the Milani foundation stick but it also isn’t in our stores yet. I did swatch the Nyx buttermelt glaze but the lightest shade was so dark on me that it looked like bronzer so that’s a hard pass. I think the halo glow powder will also be too dark on me regardless of shade.

Hi Andrea. Silent viewer here but longtime subscriber. It seems like the ELF powder is also like the discontinued NYX High Glass finishing powder. I still own that one and it does appear they do the same thing. I love the NYX lip stain gloss too. It seems nudes never stain no matter the brand which sucks.

The NYX IV in Hydra-Honey did not work for me and was not the color I saw on the website. It ended up wasting me out. I'll try one of the berry colors. ❤

I agree that the color is different than it is online! I don’t know why, but I feel like that happens a lot with NYX lip products which is always frustrating. Hopefully you’ll have better luck with one of the darker shades!

I actually loveee the elf matte primer for my really oily skin I like less foundationy look so I normally mix my primer with foundation and this one works the best for me with my urban decay serum foundation forgot what it’s called, my makeup lasts so nicely and I love how it looks even if I apply a little extra foundation on my t-zone after. I also tried the og power grip and porless primers they worked fine but just fine even when I used them how their supposed to be used it not mixed with foundation just didn’t last well for me
