Worst hotel I've ever stayed at. They have the poorest customer service and the shabbiest rooms. And if you happen to be Jamaican you get the worst treatment

I am taking the same flight next month. Do they have the option to buy the Wi-Fi? I usually buy the Wi-Fi for entire trip and it seemed to work really good.

If you are flying business class, it is free (though I don't think you can stream Netflix etc. I downloaded some KZbin videos to watch. If you flying premium economy, it depends on your KrisFlyer status. Check here. www.singaporeair.com/en_UK/us/flying-withus/entertainment/inflight-connectivity/

@@adventuresofmidlife I fly business but usually fly from JFK-FRA-SIN. First time fly directly from JFK-SIN. I wouldn’t fly premium economy or economy on this route. It’s really long and exhausting and feel like you live on the plane for week.

I have figured out there are two options for these long flights: either be tired so that you can sleep long, have your meal and then sleep again, or do work/watch/read and then sleep, adjusting your body to the destination's time zone. I had slept well before this flight and didn't sleep much in the flight. Fortunately, I wasn't too tired when I reached Singapore. And, again fortunately, the hotel allowed me a very early check-in, so after a shower I was off for my breakfast.

I don’t have time to sleep or rest before my flight. I fly in from MSP in late afternoon and check in at jfk an hour later assuming they let me check in 3 hours before departure.I probably eat and sleep all the way😁. I have about 3 and half hours before my connection to SGN. I hope they have a good breakfast in the SilverKris lounge there. It would be nice if they have shower there.

My flight from JFK (the direct one) was at 10.30 and they allowed check in by 6.30 pm, so you will have four hours. SilverKris does have good breakfast.

Our package didn't include airport transfers. We booked it through the hotel and yes, they were on time to take us to the airport.

Thank you for sharing your experience! It's good to know customer support is so responsive. I really want one but but both the price and the shipping time make me nervous. Would you mind sharing how you find the A5 in terms of portability? I'm partial to wider notebooks because I write quite a bit and my notes are usually filled with diagrams and annotations, but at the same time I feel like if I got the A6 instead, it'd be easier to throw it in my purse or just carry it around the house with me.

Steer clear of this sub standard hotel ! My wife and i received a partial refund from TUI after our complaints and photo proof . Wouldn't make 3 stars in Europe !This was supposed to be a Platinum standard hotel , NOT A CHANCE ! If you want to see a real Platinum standard hotel to compare look at The Alexander The Great in Paphos Cyprus to see how food quality and presentation should be done . Dont get me started about drinks selection or should i say lack of it ! Total disaster of a hotel. Oh yes we were there in March 22

@@virgoladi Entertainment at the Cornwall was modest -- there was live music in the evenings but most people watched from their balconies. The Montego Bay Resort had more outdoor entertainment on Fri & Sat. But I think if you want a nightclub vibe you will have to go outside of the resort/s.

Yes, they are manufactured in China so right now there is no shipping. But if you order, you will get a free sleave (according to their website).

Horrible video. The music was very loud and the speaking was so quiet. Adjusting the volume could not be done as I could get complaints from others in my building. I could not play it beyond 1 minute 16 seconds for this reason. You should reproduce the video and lower the sound of the music and increase the volume on your own voice.

I redid the audio. For some reason, the editing software was picking up parts of the audio from a different source. Unfortunately, YT doesn't allow to replace the video so I uploaded as a new one. Hope it works.
