What do you do with the remaining 3/4 of the dough while you are working with 1/4 of dough at a time? Does it need to be covered so that it doesn’t dry out? If yes, what’s the best method and item to use? Excellent video that was excellent helpful and informative. Have always wanted to make my own wrappers but was too nervous that I’d mess up so never tried. This video has provided the knowledge needed to boost my confidence level high enough to finally try. I sincerely appreciate you posting this video and for sharing each step in clear vision and instruction. Thank you again, ❤ from Shannon in Canada 🇨🇦

What happened to the meat that was boiled at first? Was that the same meat added to the frying pan after cooked or was that a fresh raw meat that went into the frying pan????? Confused
