this guy does this to sue the city or county he is in at the time, i think he's sued three or four including Miami so far and its now his full time job. at one time he was filmed/responded too walking a crowded beach filled with vacationers in Florida. I agree this is 100% legal as the current law is written, but there is little common sense involved. several things will occur regarding this for profit activity. one is he will be the cause for the laws being re-written to exclude actual hunters and fishermen from open carrying firearms (rifles), he causes bad blood between law enforcement and those same sports enthusiasts. or he will end up being shot, as the officers are responding to a guy with multiple guns in crowded areas get laser focused on the guns and in todays age of live shooters they may not care if hes pretending to fish or not. this is not a case of someone carrying a pistol on their belt while shopping at Walmart. this is an opportunist, pretending his is a 2A advocate while being a law suit advocate instead.

At about 4 minutes in after the announcement of the 4th amendment right, does the cop have Reasonable Suspicion enough to be able to find out if he had a license for those weapons? Are they legal to be carried by that man? Is his refusal to answer any questions suspicion enough to detain him to find out whether or not he's legally allowed to carry those weapons?
