I recently became paralyzed from chest down(T5). I haven’t done the “deed” since the accident but i can tell already that i miss the feeling. i’m 3 months into the injury. idk it’s hard for me to not think about.

I was wondering, can stress or worry trigger muscle spasms? Also I read some other comments about how the cold weather can affect spasms, does this mean that the cold has the potential to trigger them?

So glad I stumbled across this - I’m in middle of a build and am using a Lifesaver, as well for water because of the filter. How did you connect the food grade hose to the tap on the Jerrycan? And once it’s in place and hooked up, do you just leave the tap locked in the open position and rely on the faucet to stop the flow of water? Really looking forward to your answer!

Originally the hose we were using just pushed onto the tap barb on the Jerrycan and since it was made from silicone it gripped well and stayed in place without leaking. Recently as the hose had started to get a little mouldy after standing with water in it last winter we’ve replaced it for a new hose. This time we’ve used John guest push fit piping, again it just pushes onto the barb of the tap but you do have to warm the pipe a little in hot water to help it flex a bit in order to get it on, once it cools it grips nicely to the barb. We do leave the tap in the open position unless we’re not using the van for a some time and then we close it off but yeah always open while we’re using it. Hope that helps

Try moving the rear axel back further, it will put more weight over the front wheel and reduce your front tyre pressure a little, it might help.

Hi Craig, Just ran across your video about handcycle and electric handcycles, and then this one popped up. Im so sorry about your accident, I had one very similar, I ran into the back of a stopped SUV, my face was cut up real bad, but I did not get any real injuries, I thank the Lord for that, its always hard to tell how I didnt see a stopped car but I know how easy it can happen. Im hopping to find out which type of hand cycle you finally got. Since your in England, (my wife is from Thetford) I probably wont have the same brand, Oh I forgot, Im not crippled completly, just having some strange nerve damage resulting from Cancer and Radition, oh well happy cycling, Eddie

Hi, i have fnd and waiting on test for multiple sclerosis, i am really struggling and feel i want to give up, i dont want antidepressants, i tryed them and started getting bad thoughts so come right off them, i am getting spasticity in my foot leg and hands, its debilitating and is ruining my life, i feel im just pushed away as there is not alot known for fnd which makes it so hard, im looking for anyway to help my symptoms, i just keep looking and trying to find any hope or just some ease in my life... im at the point were i need help, can anyone help me, im willing to try cbd oil but i dont know were to begin, id really appreciate some advice, i have to try help myself
