Just add bit more to it....after all this b/s checking and harassment, once you reach at the lounge the at karachi airport then u have only 1 toilet for male and female with only 2 or 3 cubicle. You have to wait for turn to use it and smelly toilets and once ur out then instead of soap dispenser or towel, guy will offer u 2 pieces of paper towel and expect u to pay him too.
