XG is a Japanese group working out of Korea. XG stands for Xtraordinary Girls. Xpop is not a thing. They are an international group like BTS is. They have had years of training to be able to sing in English, they want global recognition just like BTS did. The Rose is an international group as well, along the lines of an Indie group that play their own instruments. Since BTS are in the military right now, they concentrated on their solo music which was very successful as well as their group efforts. BTS is planning on a group revival after their conscription has ended. Can’t wait for that. It’ll be exciting to see what they end up doing. New and interesting developments, I’m sure of that. Jungkook and JHope will light things up, you’ll see!

Yep; when everyone just automatically tells the truth because they are so comfortable with each other, it kind of lessens the potential impact of the game. I won't say they make it "boring" - they are always entertaining even when just free-flowing like here - but probably as far from what the game designer envisioned when they wrote it.

The only thing i need to mention is the mistake of when some generations end and some begin. The first and second gen was perfectly made and explained so the rest but just some small "mistakes". 3rd gen begins with EXO's debut being I think around 2012. 4th gen begins at the end of 2017-2018. Then now 5th gen since 2023. Right niw is basically 5th gen. Any new groups and from last year are 5th gen. Other than that the video is perfect just needed to explain that. It got a bit confusing :"F

When the question is asked, Dany jokingly replies "When we die!!" - but Pau pauses a second and blinks at her, and then says, "You know, _that's_ probably the most honest answer I can give now..." In other words, while nothing is beyond the realm of possibility, at least for the moment they can't really envision playing with another group of people, or not being musicians at all. Things change, they will go through life changes and choices as time goes on, of course... but we're not in any danger of them drastically splitting up any time soon.

If you read the story world forger mentions the rest of his multiverse was collapsing. Meaning that superman didn't actually one shot the thing. It was the page when they returned to reality. We also have confirmation from the DCeditor (Andrew Marino) that world forgers multiverse wasn't stable and the only stable world was the future earth so when superman destroyed that everything starting collapsing. Basically outright confirms that Superman interrupted it, and wasn't actually that strong himself. It really depends what kinda feats he has in the comics then, but he might actually lose the strength category, giving Goku the win. Basically what superman did to the multiverse was like me taking out a support for a building. I can bring a building down if I do enough damage to a certain part of it but that doesn't mean I'm building level. Same issue. The statement that current Superman is a composite of every mainline Superman, is completely false as shown in Doomsday Clock. The Silver Age is NOT canon to the main DC Universe. The main DC Universe is Earth-0, while the Silver Age is Earth-1985. Superman only have memories of the previous lifes, he not is a composite Superman. Daizenshuu official DBZ guide by Akira Toriyama statements = DBZuniverse is infinite and 100% canon. Death Battle nerf Goku and overhyped Superman. They omited the strongest Goku's versions as Jump Force Goku fights against Prometheus (Prometheus is a God beyond tiering system >>>> all Jump Magazine franchises and cosmologies from all anime/manga). God Fusion Goku breaks the 4th wall and fused with audience >>> author. And CC Goku universal blue. Goku beats Superman, no-diff. And comp Goku beats comp Superman with Milkman and CAS included. Goku wins. This is debuked.

Japan is the second biggest music market in the world, right after the US. JPop definitely influenced KPop and vice versa. It is common for groups to learn Japanese and do albums in Japanese to avail themselves of this market, because Japan requires music released there to be in Japanese. Remember also, that Japan invaded and colonized Korea many, many times over literal centuries and well into the 20th century were still occupying Korea. Their horrifically brutal occupations and influence definitely shaped Korean culture in various ways both by infusing Japanese words into the language, and Japanese culture and styles and concepts into the art, fashion, food, and culture of Korea, and by creating a strong spirit of rebellion in S Korea. As a musical language of the oppressed, modern hip hop found it's voice in this sentiment in S Korea. Japanese is still a mandatory second language taught in schools because there is no denying the economic importance of Japan to modern S Korea, but the relationship between the two countries is still a delicate one. For instance, there are still court battles to get Japan to acknowledge their atrocities (any of their atrocities) or pay war reparations, for instance to the still living "Comfort Women" (Abducted Korean women used as military sex slaves even up to the mid 20th century.) There is still a sentiment in Japan about Koreans as "less than" them. For instance, it's still considered generally bad by the Japanese for a Japanese person to marry a Korean. BigBang's history I won't get into...except to say there were some scandals that shattered the group, the biggest of which was the Burning Sun Nightclub scandal. For more on that, see the very recent BBC documentary on the subject. It's bad. I mean...bad bad. But 3 members are still active as soloists, including GDragon, trying to salvage their careers and reputations out of that horrific mess which ended with one of their members in prison and in which they were not involved. Despite a ton of money, media blitzes in the West, pairing with a Western label and having industry support in the West, SuperM failed because it was manufactured, and their music was generally nonsense, and they were not writing it. Also, the fandoms were mad about the other groups being cannibalized. They created SuperM because BTS was being called an Avengers group because every member is so insanely talented. It was literally an attempt to make "The Next BTS." It was a cash grab, pure and simple. But BTS is authentic, write and produce their own music, speak truth to power, is stunningly brave and honest in their lyricism, which is famous for its genius and being studied in colleges around the world, cover important and impactful subjects in their music and are constantly taking risks with their music, reinventing and expanding themselves, plus their music is immaculate and they cover many, many genres and fusions. And their live performances are even better than their recordings, so much so that they were accused of lip synching initially. You still can't beat all that with manufactured gimmicks and money and glitz, thankfully. People can smell inauthenticity. I think those poor SuperM guys deserve an Oscar for delivering the schlockey pap their label was giving them for music with a straight face. They were under contract and didn't have a choice. What a waste of their talent and time. BTS, on the other hand, have always been self-directed in their careers. The only mandate their CEO Mr. Bang gave them was that their music should tell their real stories. Re: Radio play, BTS gets almost none. You must have been hearing their only songs to really ever got any radio play, their three all English songs, Dynamite, Butter and Permission to Dance, which definitely do not typify their sound at all. They regularly top the charts and are in the ranks of the likes of Drake, Taylor Swift, Beyonce etc. in terms of success and numbers and who their chart competition is, despite the fact that radio spins are a huge part of Billboard's charting numbers. If they got radio spins too, and the industry did not actively suppress them by deleting mass views and streams, regularly cutting their numbers in half, the charts would just belong to them. Even with all that, RM's latest album by itself is 60% of the Rap chart right now. BTS being bigger than all KPop combined: that's not just an opinion. That's statistics. Their company is now financially bigger than the previous Big Three combined, and most of their revenue still comes from BTS. BTS are bigger in streaming numbers, bigger in sales, than the whole of the rest of KPop. One concert of BTS brought more revenue into S Korea than the Pyongyang Winter Olympics did. They have broken so many records that they are in the Guiness World Records Hall of Fame, and they are also now the most awarded artists in global history, though if you google most awarded artists the western media generally leaves them off those lists completely. The KPop wave is a real thing, but it's definitely the BTS wave that the others are riding along. They paved the way, for real. The Hallyu wave also includes dramas and films, fashion, food, skincare and cosmetics, etc.

if you compare the streaming numbers, it can easily be proven that bts is bigger than kpop as a whole. without bts, kpop will definitely be bigger than what it was in 2017, but it will go back to being a niche interest. the ones giving kpop the title and position of mainstream is bts and bts only. as other comments have mentioned before, boracity is a good army youtube channel that talks about things such as these. she really brings receipts out together with her opinions and i think it would be good to check some of her video essays out.

@@austinnorman9153Precisely. Even if Goku used Instant Transmission to teleport directly to Superman, Superman would just zip right past him. Teleportation can help make up for a Speed difference, but not an overwhelming one. If Superman wants to go to every star in the universe, it's not his fault Goku isn't strong enough or fast enough to stop him. It's not cheating to use your environment to your advantage, it's sound tactics.

30:40 The red star thing would be so out of character for Goku. Goku would be more likely to teleport Superman to a blue/white star to fight him at his best. Taking Superman to a red star to nerf him is the last way Goku would want to win. Its the same as arguing that Goku would use kryptonite. He has no clue about how Superman's biology works, he would never want to nerf his opponent unless the world was at stake, which it wouldn't be since Superman isn't evil, and beyond being against Goku's character, it would go against the entire point of Dragon Ball. Why work harder to overcome his opponent when he can take away his powers to fight him at his worst? Because that's not Goku.
@averyplaysthegame
@averyplaysthegame 9 ай бұрын
26:00 Goku takes a second to do Instant Transmission. Like, he does the finger thing and locks on to a place. If they gave both characters unquantifiable speed, then Instant Transmission isn't an argument for greater speeds since there is a brief lag where he isn't in that separate dimension while teleporting. Plus, he can't really fight at the same time. The closest to that he's done was the Instant Transmission Kamehameha, where Cell just kind of let him charge it, he didn't fire it during teleport, and Cell just stood there when he fired it, while Superman would have the speed to get out of the way and the durability to survive it.
@Teknanam
@Teknanam 9 ай бұрын
-Superman has literally gone fast enough to travel through time. Its now a passive Kryptonian ability. And with him being able to travel to the edges of his universe instantly, the difference between speed vs. teleportation becomes a case of splitting hairs. Especially in a brawling fight. The breakdown of actions required don't really matter when they are being done so fast you can't even percieve the speed gain or loss from an action being missing. -They mentioned that Goku would basically have one opportunity to teleport Superman to a Red Star. After that, Superman will be expecting it when he flies away and thus can be ready for Goku trying it again. He can literally phase through the people, so he'll likely just phase through Goku as he high-speed flies to a a star to sun-dip. Basically, what can Goku do to keep Superman contained around a Red star? Because at the speeds these guys move at, its near impossible to catch them if they are going away.

Handicap or not, Goku still doesn’t win and you’re saying Superman can’t power up but Goku can? That makes no sense. I swear people won’t accept that Goku loses, jeez. Nothing Goku will do to Superman will work. Hakai would be useless since he’s resisted being erased before and Kamehameha won’t work. The heat within the the blast is made from plasma, the same source of the sun so even if Goku hits Superman with it. He would just be powering him up.

IT and Mind Reading are waaaaay more complicated than you think. IT requires that you not only sense the target but also that you can concentrate long enough to pull off the technique. It's why there's usually a pause before Goku actually warps. For example, in Buu Saga Goku, couldn't IT to New Namek cause the Land of the Kais was too far away from it, and he knows where it is since he went there in the Cell Saga. I think what you thought of was Kai Kai, Supreme Kai's version of IT where he can warp anywhere just by thinking about it, and Goku never learned that one. Also Goku can't read minds across the universe. He's only ever read minds once and he needed to be touching Krillin to read his.

When a K-pop group puts out a dance practice video, it is a completed finished work. It is made to show the choreography in detail, and show placements of members. It is what will be sent to stages to figure out what will need to change due to size, or for placement & movements of cameras. It is also for people to learn the choreography to do cover dances. So it is a complete video. The audio doesn't need to be the best, just the dancing. They also go back and watch these when they are singing an old song again & need to remember the choreo.
