I have always had big trouble sleeping on any plane just spent 25 hours on a long haul , return flight and managed about one hour !

Why on earth did you choose to film the vast majority of your flight in near darkness? I was unable to appreciate the 'living room ' since it was hidden in darkness. I'm sure the jnterior lights were working, so why not illuminate the roon? Very disappointing. You didn't do that on your earlier first class flight with your GF.

I have the same headache problem. It happens when you sit or lay down with your neck bending too long. Try massaging the back of your neck and head, it helps

Why is it that so called ‘experienced FIRST CLASS’ travelers as yourself flaunt drinking champagne and other alcoholic beverages when in fact it is the worst thing you can do on a flight. Alcohol consumption dehydrates the body, impairs brain function and is magnified by high altitude and more. Why not teach people to drink water and juices to stay hydrated. Only wannabes gulp down the alcohol and show off about it.
